Exchanging tickets is very easy, it's just that the water in the children's pool is a bit murky and there's a lot of dirt, maybe because it's a long holiday and it's crowded so it's not very clean. The locker and changing area is also a bit less clean because there are no cleaning staff on standby.

Maybe because it's school holidays, it's crowded... and the water gets dirty quickly... But so far so good... not bad for a short swim.

The swimming pool is beautiful and aesthetic, and there are lots of kiddie pools, not just one. It's the best. But please fix the tiles in the wave pool, because many of them are broken. That's very dangerous 🙏

From ticket purchases to staff service, to food and beverage offerings, everything was very satisfying. The downside is the mandatory deposit for tire and locker rentals. Especially tire rentals; if you use the tires for more than three hours, the deposit is forfeited.
