The voucher exchange process was easy, but unfortunately, although there were some fun games, most of them were claw machines, and the VR stopped working after a few minutes of playing. Although there were staff, they didn't pay much attention to the surroundings and seemed a bit distant when asked. So, a few times I could only accept the loss of Tizzo. Luckily, this location is close to Kelapa Gading Mall, so if you get bored of playing at La Piazza, you can stop by Timezone MKG.
