Professional and organized. Would recommend. However suggest you go during the drier/warmer months as it was rainy and cold in Dec. Kudos to: - Dika (driver) who was very funny (if you understand Bahasa Indonesia) and was confident enough to drive to particular spots to get good photos - Nova (photographer) who was working enthusiastically and tirelessly (even though it was very cold) to give us a lot of photo opportunities.

How come the tour leader can't come up at sunrise ?! Not pushed up, and not clear speaking. This is the first time I went to Bromo and it was indeed solo, but the open trip meant that I paid for it should have been taken full, not left on my own like a missing child. Then where is the video documentation? I didn't see the tour leader shooting our video in the trip.

It's been 10 days since the video isn't available. The promise is 3 days.

Really enjoy this trip, the driver is friendly, visiting photo spots according to schedule, having new acquaintances, and the admin is fast response.

Such a nice trip overall, humble tour leader. I choose open trip with video documentation, they create the video and send to me after 6 days later.
