The service was excellent. The boat provided was also excellent. I'll try again next time, as I've been here twice and haven't made it to Padar Island due to bad weather or closures.

It was a shame that after we had already purchased the tour package, there was a crossing ban. So we canceled. However, East Cruise was okay with processing our refund, thank you to Traveloka and East Cruise.

Highly recommended for tourists looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. The trip was smooth from pickup to finish. All the crew members were friendly and proactively offered to take photos whenever we stopped at beautiful spots. The food also tasted great, better than what you usually expect from tour package meals.

The schedule was well thought out, including trekking, visiting Komodo, and then cooling off on the beach and snorkeling. The staff were also very kind. I was very satisfied with seeing both dragons and manta rays.

Rico and the crew, the guide was very friendly. They picked us up at the hotel and then went to the pier. When we arrived there, the cruise staff asked for the Komodo Island entrance fee, in cash. And then we boarded the boat. The itinerary was great, we arrived at each destination right before the rush hour. The lunch was nice. Overall, the trip was great. We were lucky to meet manta ray and sea turtle in Mawang.

I have used the East Cruise Komodo 3 times. My holiday to Komodo National Park was beautiful.
