Very enjoyable. We can enjoy all the tourist attractions in Kuala Lumpur in one trip. We booked a 24-hour ticket. It can be used for 2 days. God willing, I want to take this bus again.

My issued tickets and vouchers couldn't be used on the day of the trip, due to not contacting the supplier. I was dealing with the app, not the supplier. No refund, no rescheduling, no solution, no accountability from them. I lost four night-seeing tickets. Bad experience.

It's an unforgettable experience to ride the Kuala Lumpur City Tour. Tickets are valid for 24 hours. Stopping points are clear and widely distributed, service is excellent, and purchasing and boarding are easy. It's always busy with visitors. You can stop at any point you want to visit and then re-board the bus.

It was very easy to exchange tickets, and the guides were all friendly. The vehicles were comfortable, and there were plenty of departures every 15 minutes. Plus, they were available until 12 noon the next day. Absolutely top-notch. Every tourist visiting KL should try the KL Hop-On Hop-Off. It's incredibly fun, and it's worth the price to see so many iconic spots in KL.

It was fun to go around KL by bus for 2 hours.

Take the hop-on hop-off from Bukit Bintang, there are 2 lanes, red and green, first go around the green lane, then go back and take the red lane. 1 day of hop-on hop-off is more fun and gets to know Kuala Lumpur without walking.

It's ok even though it's not finished. So it feels like a bit of a loss

My friend and I decided to join the KL hop on hoff because we only had a day to travel around KL after previously attending training. And it turned out to be the right choice. The tickets were easy to buy from the traveloka application, easy to exchange and the brochures given were easy to understand. Initially we sat at the top, but because it was hot, we had to move to the lower bus. And finally went back up again after the weather was not too hot. Each destination had a stop and we had time to stop at the national museum and take the next bus. Unfortunately we didn't have time to complete all the destinations because we chose to get off for lunch. But overall, this tour package is fun and a must try 😊

To get around, it's better to take this, it's more economical, you don't need to take other transportation.

The staff are friendly and responsive, very friendly, can use Indonesian because it is similar to Malay.

Not bad for a KL tour for those who go without travel.
