Everything was great. The tour was excellent. The guide and driver were very supportive and helpful. The only downside to Traveloka was that the tour was unclear. The itinerary was unclear. The topic stated a 1-day tour to Alisan and the city, with pictures of trees in the national park and a train. Alisan is indeed a national park. The tour schedule was very tight. I was nervous waiting to see if the tour would go through. I contacted Traveloka and found out it was from KKday. Finally, at 2 p.m. on the day before, I was contacted by the tour. The tour proceeded, and I entered Alisan. Other participants had a barcode to enter Alisan. I didn't have one and had to pay 300 Taiwan Rupiah again. It's a shame that Traveloka didn't take responsibility and explained that Alisan National Park wasn't included, even though this tour was intended to go there... The tour was okay. Traveloka is bad.
