I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with several aspects of our recent experience at your resort
Firstly, we booked a 1.5-hour ski lesson for our children, but the lesson only lasted 15 minutes, which was a huge disappointment. This significant discrepancy from what was promised left my kids feeling frustrated and let down.
The lack of available lockers was another concern—my children had to leave their belongings on the bus, including important items like their passports. This raised serious safety concerns for us.
To add to the frustration, the communication from the travel agent was poor. I received no confirmation or details about the booking information until the day before our trip, which caused unnecessary confusion and stress.
