My family went on the Phong Nha tour and was quite satisfied with the organization. The tour guide proactively called in advance and picked us up on time at the hotel. Throughout the trip, the guide was very polite, attentive, proactive in asking questions and offering to take pictures for the guests. Even though my family did not need an interpreter, the guide still introduced us in both English and Vietnamese to ensure everyone could follow along easily. Overall, the tour was professionally organized, with good service attitude and pleasant from start to finish.
