Our honeymoon experience on the Nusa Penida tour was very memorable, from the on-time schedule, clean transportation, and professional guide.

the road makes you nauseous and there isn't enough time to go to all the destinations according to the itinerary because it runs out on the road but the guide is okay and friendly

Awesome, but I'm not satisfied with just one day. It's recommended to stay there for at least two days before exploring Nusa Penida. The car and other things are very safe and comfortable. The only thing that needs to be improved is the road, overall, for excellent service.

The driver was fine, everything was arranged, so just go. However, the Nusa Penida government is simply taking our money through island taxes, while the roads are badly damaged and public facilities are almost non-existent. Fortunately, Nusa Penida has beautiful beaches, which is why I still want to come here. The driver and tour are highly recommended.

Beach Beauty: 8/10 Diamond and Kelingking Beach are stunning. Transport & Guide: 8/10 Our local driver and guide was kind and flexible. Road Infrastructure: 2/10 Terrible roads made the ride exhausting; some family members vomited. Boat Management: 0/10 This is where the experience turned from inconvenient to dangerous. More details below. The Return from Nusa Penida to Bali on August 5th, 2025 — Facts 1. Unclear Procedure at the Dock (16:00) Unlike the departure,we were suddenly asked to write our names at check-in without explanation. 2. Shuttle Boat Chaos (16:20) Instead of boarding at the dock, we were rushed onto a small shuttle boat to reach the main boat offshore, told it was quicker, though clearly it wasn’t. 3. Prolonged Wait at Sea (16:30–18:00) We waited over an hour on the main boat in rough seas. Life vests were suddenly required.We were then told we’d dock at Klungkung instead of Sanur due to high tide, with ground staff supposedly waiting to help. 4. No Ground Staff(18:15–19:00) At Klungkung, no staff were present,just aggressive taxi drivers. The agency told us to take a taxi but couldn’t confirm a refund. Grab/Gojek weren’t available, so we paid an inflated fare with no receipt. 5. Discovering the Truth Our taxi driver informed us there had been a boat accident in Sanur at 15:00. We confirmed it online but no one from the crew or agency told us. 6. Lack of Concern at Sanur (20:00) Back in Sanur, the local partner shop was closed. Staff showed no concern or coordination. 7. A Helpless Visitor, Alone (A few mins after) We saw a Chinese tourist, possibly connected to the accident, struggling to communicate.No translator, no help,just Google Translate and despair. What Deeply Disappointed Me: Lack of Transparency, Disastrous Crisis Management, False Promises, Accountability. Avoid Nusa Penida—for now. The island is beautiful, but poor infrastructure and safety issues make it a risky destination. Until major improvements are made, it’s not worth it.

The tour guide was friendly and took really nice photos and videos. I was really impressed by his hospitality and he taught me Indonesian words. He was a kind person. The car was in good condition. I enjoyed the Nusa Penida tour. I got to marvel at the beauty of Broken, diamond and kelingking beaches. However it seemed that the driver/tour guide had a cold and I got infected as well. Overall it was a good experience and I recommend.

The driver, Mr. Komang, is a very kind, great guy. Since touch down to the Penida port, he’s already there. Great skills ability in taking photos and always show where to take pose 😄. Great experiences in Penida. Thank you so much 👍

Excellent service. Overall, I recommend it; the driver was very helpful. The biggest challenges in Nusa Penida are the local government's damaged roads and the port. But the tour itself was excellent and reliable.

This provider turned out to be unprofessional. The driver who picked us up arrived late at the port. The visit did not match the itinerary offered on trvlk. Only visited Diamond Beach then to Klingking Beach. So it's better not to write in the itinerary that you will visit other places because you definitely won't make it. The road is winding, up and down with uneven asphalt conditions, narrow roads and the left and right sides of the road are not well maintained. The driver was speeding, in a hurry to catch up on time (maybe because he arrived late). The car was really dilapidated. Dirty & unkempt & had no license plate (see the photo above as proof). This is my 2nd visit to Nusa Penida and this time, worse.

We chose the mix tour east and west. I and my husband were satisfied with the service, especially our guide Mr. Faisal. He was so great and awesome ⭐⭐⭐⭐
