The whole tour experience was seamless. We just had to contact them on WhatsApp to confirm the tour date we wanted to do. Then they informed us the itinerary and arranged pick up to our hotel. They also took us to the clinic first to get a health certificate before the hike with other people in our group. Then the guide was very experienced, attentive and helpful. They informed us all the important information about the posts, the use of head lights and gas mask. During the hike, they kept checking up on us. Two tour guides handled a pretty big group, but all managed to safely do the hike up and down with pretty decent photos at the blue lava, crater and sunrise. Overall, recommended this tour service.

It is tough. I went with my teenage children, and it was much harder than I expected. However, the sense of accomplishment upon descending is incredible. I applaud the guide's professionalism. I didn't have any cash to give a tip, but I left with good energy thanks to their passion.

The only thing lacking is that the documentation is not optimal. Please improve the documentation.
