Not a Premium Cruise – Crowded and Not as Promised I joined this cruise expecting a peaceful and premium experience, but it was very disappointing. The boat was packed with around 80 guests, including freelance tour groups, making the atmosphere crowded and noisy. The dining area was loud, with families and children running around — not the relaxing vibe we were hoping for. Another letdown was the food. It was supposed to be a set menu, but when we boarded, it had been changed to a buffet without any prior notice. When we asked, the staff just said the change had already been decided. For the price, this experience did not meet expectations. It was not premium, not quiet, and not what was promised. I wouldn’t recommend this cruise to anyone looking for comfort .

Everything was fun and meaningful, I had great moments with my friends.

The experience was exceptional. The boat looks new and there’s a jacuzzi. The itinerary was well-organized. The food was great. Lunch was a six course meal. They also served snacks in the afternoon (tea, juice, cakes & fruits). The staff are all helpful, cheerful and accommodating. Koala was very friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoyed this tour and I highly recommend it.

Everything was great! Our guide Kong speaks English really well. The cruise looks pretty new and well maintained. The best part is that the route is different from the other tours so we can enjoy Ha Long & Lan Ha Bay without all the crowd. Food wasn’t exceptional but good enough. The best part was kayaking and swimming. Also we were so lucky that the weather that day was perfect. We really enjoyed the trip!
