I booked tickets for 4 people in advance, but when I brought myself in, there were no seats available. Priority was given to Korean and foreign guests, making my family's experience not enjoyable.

Han River is very beautiful. On the boat you get free delicious fruit even though the ticket is charged. Everyone should try it.

On time but group guests were given priority to sit first, my family of 3 were pushed to the back and had to sit separately because there were no seats, the trip was beautiful but not complete

Long queue but no problem as the sail of the cruise on time. Waiting time around 10 mins. Too bad no fireworks show that night.

You should book everyone, take the 8:15 pm trip on weekends to see the dragon breathe fire.

Quite crowded but the coordination team is professional and punctual. Great experience on the Han River and watching the dragon breathe fire at 9pm. Worth experiencing when coming to Da Nang.

I bought a ticket for 9:30 but the super enthusiastic staff changed it for me to 8:00, the scenery is beautiful, I got to see the dragon breathe fire, it's worth the money. Thank you guys.

It’s worth the price! Sadly, we're the last couple to board, and there are no available seats for us to sit together. So, we’ve darranged to sit at the back with a rusty table. But we're still enjoying the view!

It was okay. But when everyone is rushing to the front and stands there.. the view is just their backside 🤣 .. so if you wanna see the dragon, u will need to squeeze together infront. We are with 3 kids, and that’s where the inconvenience is . Anyway, it was nice experience to be in the cruise to look around Da Nang.

There is a distinction between group guests and self-sufficient guest

Booked My Xuan cruise, arrived early but was pushed to another boat. Bought 4 tickets but there were no seats on the boat, the baby was charged for a ticket but had to sit on the legs of an adult. Too bad. The boat staff spoke impolitely and yelled at the guests.

The old pier changed address, the new pier closed without notice. Haven't received refund yet. Request for refund soon.

Dear Last night, my family went to the pier to exchange tickets (7:00 p.m. on July 25, 2024) but the Ticket Office responded that due to the national mourning of the General Secretary, operations had been suspended for 2 days, July 25 and 26. Delicious drinks, enthusiastic staff, valuable experience

The trip was at 8:15 a.m., but we had to wait for the train to arrive until about 9:00 a.m. before departing. The waiting time was a bit long, but we received very enthusiastic service with enough water and fruit.

The service is very friendly and hospitable. It's easy to change tickets. The boat is neat and tidy. The location to watch the fireworks is very good. The peach, orange and lemongrass tea is very delicious, the fruit is very delicious, one portion for each person. You should come early to watch the sunset. The chicken rice portion is okay but not a problem. Next year, I hope the boat can replace the chicken rice with rice paper rolls 😂😂. I will go again with my family. The wind on the boat is very cool, worth it. I hope the boat can find a better photographer to advertise the boat because I find it more satisfying to see it in person than in promotional photos. The railings of the boat painted all white will stand out more. The facilities and layout of the tables and chairs of the boats in Da Nang are quite similar, I hope there will be a modern boat.
