Ticket exchange is easy and fast, but there is no shuttle to the port, so it's quite a hassle for those bringing suitcases considering the distance from the boat office to the port is quite far.

It is very helpful and the process is easier, so you don't have to worry about fighting over tickets at the port.

Boat Agency very fast response. After a hour booked at Traveloka, they contact me by whatapp ask for confirmation date and departure time. Agency office at outside main road to Matahari Terbit Port, lot of local cafe and convenience shop around, Check in was very fast, everyone received blue hand tagged, and walk to the port 20min before with along others tourists. Boarding to the boat very smooth and well organized from the crowds. Safety of passengers is very important, they make sure everyone boarding and disembark from boat is safe to destination. Return boat to Bali island from Lembongan also very smooth and punctual. Side Note: once you arrive at Lembongan port, they is local shop around and you can rent a motorcycle or take a public cute taxi. Relax and enjoy!!
