Good service and comfortable, I like the environments here, and the AC is not too cold or hot. Of course, they have the outdoor area for smokers also.

The Sindo’s ferry staff are not aware of the Voucher, and they said it is the first time they received redemption of the Traveloka Voucher I think Traveloka should make a good coordination with them

The trip from Batam to Singapore was very enjoyable. Besides the punctuality of the Very Sindo's departure, the ship was clean and comfortable. Taking photos along the way was a joy. If you're traveling to Singapore via Batam, don't forget to take the Very Sindo.
