When I arrived at the counter, I showed the QR code from the lounge ticket I purchased through Traveloka, but they couldn’t scan it, so I wasn’t allowed to enter. I then had to contact Traveloka to sort out the issue, which took around half an hour. I bought the ticket hoping to relax, not to deal with more problems, so I was really upset. The staff at Miracle Lounge worked very hard to assist me and eventually let me in even before the ticket was confirmed. They were really helpful and did their best. It’s probably better to buy the ticket directly at the counter rather than booking online—there were just too many issues.
