Great staff but hotel rooms and facilities are dated.

Construction out front. Rooms outdated. Only one water Coffee machine was gross

Hotel was very nice. Rooms were large and clean. Pool and work out facility being open 24/h was great for the kids, while also having excellent cleanliness. This hotel is nicely situated to be walking distance to lots restaurants and Rogers Place is 10 minute walk. Would recommend this hotel to those looking to stay and attend and oilers game.

Valet was great. Front check in was kind, helpful and polite. Hotel was clean and great location. Close to Rogers Place, Ice District and lots of dining options around.

24 hour pool access is great!!

There is no hot tub so if you’re planning a relaxing day at the hot tub pick somewhere else. Dated furniture and decor. Beds were well passed their best before date. “Valet” doesn’t take your bags or even push the trolley to your vehicle. But they will charge you 50 bucks a night for it. Regular parking is 38 dollars a night. Way over priced and not a great experience with valet.

Booked this hotel for the chargers in Parkade and all the charger parking spots were filled with nonEV vehicles. Will not stay here again until hotel commits to keeping charger spots open for EVs to charge

The rooms are so dated. They are low quality are not nice at all.

Beds were a bit small in the 2 double room. Wish they had queen beds. Staff were great and the food was awesome.

Great option as it is right on the walkway to the water. Indoor and Outdoor Pool, Lounge and Restaurant. We ate at both the Restaurant and Lounge and the food was really good, pricey but good.

Great hotel at great location! Free Starbucks coffee and Juice in the lobby! Staffs are great! My only problem is the thermostat. My room was too cold, and my coworker’s room was too hot. Adjustments don’t on room temperature work.

I will not book with Westin again due to the out rages hold charges. We booked this hotel and prepaid in full well in advance of our trip. Upon arrival we were charged a hold of $586.78 and additional hold of $50. There was no clear answer to why their charge is so high an additional charges other then they are computer generated. We do a lot of traveling and book higher end accommodations mostly through Expedia and pre pay, and never have we encounter a hold charge this high or additional holds added on. We understand due to inconsiderate guest holds are required and we have paid up to $300.00 but only one hold charge not every time you charge a service.
