This hotel and the staff are amazing

Staff was amazing and the property was spotless.

This hotel turned out to be a delightful little gem. The rooms are small but very comfortable and quiet. The location was convenient. The atmosphere felt very traditional, charming and well, British. But the best part was the staff- from the front desk to the bellmen to the waiter in the restaurant, they each had a lovely way of making us feel taken care of during our brief stay.

Absolutely stellar experience. Staff were all wonderful and went above and beyond to be helpful, polite, genuinely friendly and made the overall experience feel homely, memorable and luxurious. Highly recommended. Maina and George were particularly fantastic.

Front desk staff and bell men were great. Beautiful boutique hotel, well located, with nice piano bar on the lobby level.

Incredible! Would come back and stay anytime! Walkable to Soho and so many restaurants all around in walking distance. The staff was superb and the room was so comfortable and quiet, the breakfast was delicious too!

Staff, great bar, location

Excellent location. Helpful, friendly and polite staff from the moment we checked in, until checkout. We were upgraded for our overnight stay, the suite was lovely, and spotlessly clean. Perfect place for a trip into London.

Everything about our little trip to London was absolutely wonderful! We had such an amazing time, but the most special part of our stay was truly the staff. Every single person we met was so warm, kind, and genuinely lovely to talk to — and the attention to detail was simply exceptional. As we were visiting to see Florence + The Machine for my birthday, we were already so excited — but the thoughtful surprises made it even more unforgettable. I was so pleasantly surprised to find a lovely little birthday cake waiting in our room, which was such a kind and unexpected touch. Then, to top it all off, the team printed a photo of Florence and left us a sweet message in our room while we were at the gig, wishing us a wonderful time and reminding us they were there if we needed anything. It was such a personal and thoughtful gesture, and it truly meant so much. The room, amenities, and breakfast were all absolutely fantastic, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Thank you so much for making my birthday trip so special — we genuinely can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Great central location and very stylish historical interior. Enjoyed the performance of the pianist / singer in the cool bar, too.

The staff was very courteous and welcoming, the bed was comfortable. The room was spotless and nicely furnished - I had the small single.
