Clean spacious rooms, quiet, walkable neighborhood, friendly staff, convenient breakfast option.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was excellent for exploring London. What truly stood out was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with a smile. We felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Room was much smaller than advertised and nighttime staff was not helpful.

The hotel is very close

It was located within walking distance of all the places I had on my schedule. The room was immaculate and the staff very helpful. Breakfast was a treat with so many choices.

Great location for dining and West End shows.

A very nice centrally located hotel. The bus stop is right outside the door. The bed was comfy. Not the most soft, but not super hard. The pillows were a little too hard for my taste.

We came on a theatre trip, the hotel is very convenient for the west end. Staff friendly and helpful, would stay again.

Lovely stay, friendly staff and room upgrade to a suite upon arrival

Always have a good stay here, staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, although there were a few small spiders and ants in the bedroom and bathroom. We didn't have breakfast included this time, we felt it was a little bit expensive, the breakfast is usually excellent .

Awesome staff, great location, amazing quality for the price. Was pleasantly surprised at how large a regular room was. Highly recommend, would stay here again.

Great location in Bloomsbury. Room was small but well appointed. For my 11 night stay the small fridge was very useful. Room was quiet, water was hot, no issues at all. Would definitely stay here again.

Bottom line: this is a very old hotel in great need of refreshing. If you stay here and expect that, you'll do OK. The location at Holborn is A+; close to buses, underground, theatres, restaurants, shopping, and more. However (1) the room's carpets were filthy, (2) the toilet only randomly flushed, and the (3( thermostat took forever to work (heat or cold). The bathroom was another A+: great shower and hot water. The staff did their very best, but the age of the hotel eventually 'won out'.

It feels like a business hotel, but all works well. It is very well located, and the rooms are really comfortable. Slept well!
