Lovely hotel in great position

It feels like a business hotel, but all works well. It is very well located, and the rooms are really comfortable. Slept well!

Wonderful place. Great location for getting around. Charming neighborhood. Nice bar; nice restaurant. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful, accommodating. I stayed five days and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Next time I return to London, I will stay again. Excellent value for the prices.

Comfortable bed. I asked for an extra soft pillow which was supplied without fuss. The standard double room was clean and a very good standard, adaquate for our 2 night stay. Breakfast was everything you could wish for. Tables were kept clean and used plates cleared away promptly. All ataff were very pleasant and eager to please. We had an evening meal which was ok but could have been better. Waitress was good. Prices were reasonable for London.

There could be more options for the breakfast. There wasn’t much to choose from if you’re not into the English breakfast type of hot food. However the overall experience was great; nice hotel with perfect location!

A great facility! Staff was so accommodating - allowed us complimentary late checkout. Room was amazing, clean and spacious. The hotel room always smelt great! Fantastic location, close to Oxford street shopping but also minutes away from the tube & a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Will definitely return on my next trip to London!

The staff were all very friendly and it was easy to drop our suitcase off before we checked in to make sure that we were at the theatre in time for the show.

Room was cold, spoke to staff and was told to turn thermostat up to 27c to warm up. That helped only a couple of degrees. Room was nowhere near 27 more like 18c

Great check in experience. Arrived to leave our bags and return later and we were given our room at 12 noon which was a real bonus. Beds really comfy and quiet room. Breakfast had a good choice and food was good quality. Staff were friendly.

Reasonable room but the mattress was too soft and dipped in the middle.

Ac worked brilliantly. Breakfast included. Added option to pay small fee for an upgrade if availability. This was a nice surprise. Great location
