Old building but clean

We frequently stay at this hotel and is our usual stay in Kamloops …. Reasonably priced and well maintained…. Never had a bad stay

Room needed plumbing maintenance. Building looks looks like money in but little money out.

Clean property

Bathroom has very little toilet paper, the soap was out at the sink. Onlt 1 face cloth. Breakfast only till 9am. Besides that, staff was great

I liked that they had the continental breakfast open during Christmas. I liked that they had 1 washer and dryer for the guests to use for $2 each, and they converted US money there for the machines. The property is very nicely located to shopping and restaurants.

They charge me for stuff that wasn't even in the room worst hotel.I've ever been in staff wise anyways

Online check in made arrival at the hotel quick and easy. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

The room was OK. Room doors need to be updated. Bathroom needs to be updated. The staff was welcoming.

I booked room with queen bed but I got a twin size bed, theres no amenities such as extra toilet paper. I did a note during my booking that I want extra pillows but still I have to call and follow up. Its an inconvenient to call Front desk from time to time for some things that supposed to be in the room already.

Bathroom sink unusable. The water poured out the sink trap. No way it should have been missed. Everything else worked well and the bed was comfortable. Shower was good and I liked the it had the soap/body wash/shampoo dispensers.

The stay was average, the price was very high. No welcoming binder, or welcome anywhere eg. Usually u see a welcoming on the TV., usually you can read about the hotel,, such as ; amenities, local dining, tbings to do in the area, ect. There was no dining services in house. The room its self was average, staff was kind. There was a photo of the room, but being in the room was not a
