The reception team member was very nice, and so was the concierge team. I felt bad for the poor barista as she was by herself and there was a long queue. I was there for a conference and dinner, which was slightly disappointing with hardly any service. No one came to the table to serve drinks or check. They had 2 bottles on the table for 10 people, so literally 1 and a bit drink each, and once we ran out there was no top up. We had to knock on the BOH door to get some drinks, which they were reluctant to serve as if they have to pay for it. The last time I was at this hotel was in 2014, and service used to be good in the conference space, but this time it was very poor. But on a positive note, as I mentioned before, the front office staff was very pleasant to deal with, so well done to them, and the barista did well under pressure, but please provide her some support in the busy times.
