Last month stayed at Sheraton Cavalier and we had wonderful experience. The hotel is clean and room are very clean. This hotel is close to all the amenities. Loved the Indoor Water Park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff at Sheraton Cavalier are excellent and always go above and beyond in making sure that their customers are happy. Akshad(Manager) is very pleasant, empathetic and genuinely committed in helping. He accommodated our request and gave us the room with Walk-in shower to accommodate our needs. Placida and Shane were excellent at the front desk. Thank you Shane for providing efficient service when we checked out early in the morning and for your help with our bags. The housekeeping ladies: Shatila and Muzhda were excellent and kept our rooms clean. All the mentioned staff are great asset to Sheraton. Keep up the great job and will come back with our family and friends.

I have had nothing but the best experiences here. The pool manager Mimi is absolutely incredible. She is dedicated to making sure the pool is clean and safe. She remembers myself and my son and always makes sure we have an amazing time!! The breakfast buffet at colours restaurant has the absolutely most amazing staff and great food. I’ve been coming here for almost two years and everyone is amazing with both myself and my autistic son. Lorraine, Fay, Kaz, Vivian and everyone else that we’ve had as servers goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home!!!

Every time I come here one of the waterslides is broken. I come here only for the 2 working waterslides over booking the Best Western which does have 2 working waterslides every time I’ve gone. Management please put on your website when you’re down a waterslide. It’s so extremely disappointing for my family. I love the Sheraton brand. It’s sad to see that you make guests pay full price when the amenities that I pay for are not fully workable. Everything else is outstanding. Also, just a side note. It would be amazing if all rooms come with a microwave and fridge. It’s just standard now for this level of hotel. My room has no microwave and with kids that’s a challenge. Thank you for receiving this feedback. I’d recommend for anyone to stay here.

Stayed one night for a staycation, family of 3 with one small child. We stayed in a room with two queen beds. It was a fun and comfortable stay. The bed’s were very soft, the suites were clean and had everything we needed. The pool and waterslides were a great time, however when we went one slide was closed and the pool area could use a bit of an upgrade. Still had fun though. There are a couple of restaurants in the hotel, we went to Color’s Bistro for the breakfast buffet.The service was good, the food was not the best but the price was reasonable. The hotel is close to other food options though. We plan to stay here again in the future.

I have a excellent experience with this hotel. The manager Lindsay was so great thanks to her She was able to sort things out with my check in. They also make my daughter feel special for remembering its her bday thats why we book in. Other staff from the housekeper, pool attendant and other lobby receptionist are also great. Very nice and approachable. Also want to add whoever I called for room reservation she also did a good job for providing the rooms that I really want and need. Kudos will definitely book in again. ❤️👍👏
