Hotel was very clean and helpful staff in great location, Hotel needing 24/7 security in parking lot as multiple vehicles get broken into and no access to hotel from back parking lot, have to to walk around with bags to front of hotel and at night is not safe. Underground parking is ok but limited as medium sized suv does not fit.

The staff are who made this stay amazing. From the bellmen to front desk to housekeeping and Starbucks and room service. The pool area was the only disappointment. It was not well maintained and was definitely showing its age. When I hurt myself, again the staff was awesome helping get me bandages up. The ac wasn't working in the room and they had maintenance there in 10 minutes. The location is awesome. Across the street from the walking path by the river. Short walk to shops and restaurants. Great place to stay

We were very pleased with the hotel. We had a bit of a mishap with the room that we booked and called down to the manager at 10 at night. The manager was extremely accommodating and was up to our room within five minutes with a solution. The day manager seemed to seek us out over the next two days to ensure our stay was going well and that everything was satisfactory. Very happy with the service and the outcome.

Room was clean and quiet. Liked that it was right downtown and across from the park so could walk every where we wanted to go Will be staying there again

Friendly and efficient check in. Pool is a great setup and the River Deck is a nice touch. Food atmosphere and service at Scarlet were all top notch. Appreciated the visit from the chef. Check out was easy. Looking forward to coming back again.

Waterslides were great, hotel was clean and staff were great. Rooms were on the smaller side, but looked newly renovated. Room doors got stuck occasionally, but not a big deal. Would come back for sure

Pool was great, love the waterside. Staff was very friendly. It was quiet and the room (and rest of the hotel) was very clean. Underground parking was really nice! There was a mirror facing the bed but I just covered it overnight.

The Sheraton is my favourite place to stay when I am in Saskatoon. My kids love staying here because of the amazing pools and watersides. Great location, along the river, with lots of places to eat nearby. I love the unique Sheraton scent. Make sure to sign up for the Marriott Bonvoy points.

There was no hot water every morning we went to shower, I phoned the front desk and all they said was they would let the someone know. After a 2 night stay we left. Never had a warm shower, room service dropped the tray of food and coffee all over our bags and couch with no offer to clean. We paid $750 for this stay. Brutal and never again! A super 8 would be better!

Very well maintained property in a great location. Highly recommend.

Property in excellent condition, great location downtown by the river with underground parking for security. Pool area was big with main pool, 2.5 foot deep wading pool and the highlight being a great waterslide which exits into its own pool as well. Rooms very clean and very comfortable beds. Wife and me were very happy and our 6 year old doesn’t want to stay anywhere else when we come to Saskatoon now. By far the most enjoyable stay with the family we’ve had in quite some time.

This is the cleanest hotel I've stayed at in many months. The service was exceptional and the food at the restaurants was great! I'll stay here again.
