I was at a conference at the hotel, the space was great. Hotel is convenient to downtown restaurants and mall.

The pool area is becoming a bit dated. Rooms are small but the hotel is well maintained.

Nice clean rooms and clean hotel. But the noise from other guests starting around 8 am, guests allowing there kids to yell and run in the halls, so very disrespectful guess that stay here, so if your wanting to sleep past 9 or later, that's not happening.

Did not utilize the restaurant

It was a great experience, spent a small amount extra to try it out . Rooms were clean and quiet which made the stay comfortable. I’ve been to hotels with water parks and they’re loud and beds are uncomfortable and ac machines were so loud I couldn’t sleep. This was different in a better way

I had a very disappointing stay. The room was extremely warm, and I wasn’t able to sleep properly because of it. I reported the issue with the air conditioning, but unfortunately, it was not fixed during my stay. It made the experience very uncomfortable. I hope the hotel improves how they handle maintenance concerns, especially when it affects a guest’s rest.

We waited 20 minutes for an elevator and 15 minutes another time for a single elevator from the second floor. It made us late to the event we had booked for. We had gear and small children so stairs were not an option. This seemed very frustrating to multiple guests.The first hot tub was full of chloramines and my child with well controlled asthma had to leave the pool with a coughing fit within 5 minutes of entering, as did several other children we watched from another pool area. I won't book again with small children. I will probably avoid the pool if i do because it appeared poorly maintained. We were charged an additional $125 because the taxes were not included in the fees which felt dishonest - expedia and the hotel should be more honest and upfront about all included costs, it is very expensive for what was received during that time period. We paid for parking that was not even available Saturday night as well. The room was fine and everything else was fine but some of these issues are modifiable for future guests.

We have stayed here several times. Always smooth sailing. Great staff. Clean. Happy to see the renovations are done. Stayed in a king room with park view. Spacious and clean. Comfy bed as always. Thoroughly enjoy the new filtered water dispensers that can give you. Cold, sparkling or hot water. Pretty neat ! I would say that the new fridges for the room are far too small for my liking. But it’s not a deal breaker.

The Sheraton is getting up there in age so its bound to have a few issues but overall its clean and still the best hotel waterpark in the city and having in house options to eat is always a go to option when choosing a hotel.

Stayed here for my daughter’s 5th birthday. She loved the pools and water slide.
