Lovely hotel right next to the airport, clean with amazing customer service. We came well before check in time, which was very kind of them. The receptionist also told us how to get transportation to city centre and Trier. For a quick stopover in Luxembourg highly recommended it

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, with easy tram access to Luxembourg City Centre in under 30 minutes. However, breakfast needs improvement—the selection is limited and the quality is below expectations. Reception service was inconsistent: we were mistakenly charged twice despite prepayment, with no goodwill gesture offered, and there was conflicting information about Sunday late check-out (Wi-Fi portal suggested up to 17:00, while staff quoted a €16 fee after 15:00). The room was also cold, and the AC did not work properly. On a positive note, the restaurant was excellent, with very good food and friendly service—much better than the breakfast team’s attitude.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Close to airport and free transport to centre of the city so it was a good location. Breakfast was nice, not the biggest vegan selection but there were some things and everything was labelled. A great range of juices.

Absolutely amazing! No noise whatsoever from the outside. 5 min walk to the airport. 30 min by direct tram or bus to the city centre. Public transport is free. The coffee machine might not work the first time, try pressing down the lid and the water tank. The reception staff are super friendly.

Overnight stay for business nearby - perfectly good hotel with very polite and professional staff. The room is basic but has all you need and the bed hard for me but some people prefer that as it’s personal choice. Great location for the airport.

Convenient to airport but only if you walk outdoors to the terminal- a problem if you are mobility impaired or in the rain. There is no place to park while you check in. The staff is friendly and service is good. The room is big but has no in room coffee. It is quiet even next to the airport. It has a decent restaurant.

I stayed at the hotel for the Luxembourg Remich 70.3 Ironman race. First of all, I spent a relaxed and comfortable two days both at the hotel and at my room. Parking was available with a fee. The staff prepared me a snack box for breakfast upon my request which already made my race morning. They were friendly and showed great hospitality from check-in to check-out. The breakfast itself was also great. I definitely recommend this value of the price hotel.

Good hotel very clean, close to airport but very little noise from aircraft. Staff very friendly. Room spacious enough, with good amenities for a 2-4 day business trip.
