Hotel check was easy, unable to do so through Hilton app, no big deal, staff was helpful and friendly. Hotel was clean but needs updates; dressers were off hinges but still worked; bathroom wasn’t small but it barely fit the toilet, so not great. I would definitely recommend for proximity to airport, airport shuttle and an enterprise rental next door which will save you the trouble of the god forsaken sh*t show that is getting to the rental car desk at the airport. The pool was awesome. I sat in the pool and read a book. Super quiet but we were here during the week. Staff were lovely and helpful.

Quick check in and out process. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Only stayed one night however the accommodations were perfect.

Hotel seemed outdated for a Hilton property. Expected more

The handicap room had a deplorable shower and water was all over the floor. So small and no closet in room. The clock didn’t work, They didn’t have Diet Coke in cooler for sale. Unreasonable cost of $4 for one at bar not cold Delay in getting the room and it wasn’t what asked for. We ordered row in room got handicapped.

Staff was very friendly, and the hotel was clean enough for a quick overnight stay, but the bathroom and floor were a little grungy. Convenient to the airport

I stayed here one night in March 2025. The staff was excellent and friendly! The property needs remodeling and worn. The room I had was on the Main Street and was noisy and there were the planes. The dining options were limited around the hotel.

Front desk was rude coming in and when we were leaving. They don’t do early check in so we got off the ship at 8:30 am got to the hotel around 9am they also don’t do late check out our flight wasn’t til 8:20pm. We didn’t have to check out til 1230 so we went to do laundry around the corner my husband realized he left his AirPods in the room we went back to get them and check out went up to the room and AirPods were gone and the room was open. Somebody at the hotel took them and nobody was talking when confronted about them. The one good thing is the shuttle to the airport.

Super friendly staff and super clean rooms! Only issue we had was during check in, they sent us up to a king room amd that wouldnt have worked with the size of our family. So we went back to the desk, and it was absolutely no issue for them to simply switch us to a double bed room. Easy-peasy lemon squeezy! The neighborhood is safer than we thought it would be as well. We walked all around the hotel till after 10pm wiht no worries at all!

My family stayed here the night before our flight out and would not stay again or recommend it 1. Room cleanliness is very poor. Toenails on the floor, cleaned some water off of the floor and the white towel turned brown, and the bathroom was just dirty looking. 2. Very noisy location. We were on the 3rd floor along Veterans Memorial and the street noise was horrible. No where near as nice as the Doubletree we stayed at the night before in Biloxi
