Friendly helpful staff, excellent breakfast

The staff member who checked me in was absolutely excellent. Extremely helpful and considerate. Breakfast was excellent. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel.

Was nice stay, great location. The floor boards were a bit squeaky. Overall, was the room was nice. Staff were welcoming.

The front desk staff were knowledgeable and gave perfect suggestions to our queries.

Well placed in the centre of the city, easy to get to and easy to park. Check in was straightforward with very friendly staff. Room was clean and tidy. Would recommend.

Clean room

The room was disgusting, there was sick stains on the carpet and what looked like blood stains on the curtains. One of the members of staff entered my room whilst I was changing because my shower was leaking in the room below. I would not stay here again

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Great location.

The room was nice and had air conditioning but i didnt have a great nights sleep because the air con was on a timer and it was a super hot day and it went off every hour. It was a noisy room with creeky floors. I was disappointed as i had laser treatment and needed to sleep after my surgery but it was very noisy for a Wednesday night.

Very good hotel and helpful staff willing to go the extra mile

I didn’t get her name but the receptionist wait tattoos and dark hair was so helpful friendly and welcoming, I would stay here again just from that welcome!
