i completed my reservation online with Expedia. Then it took almost 20 minutes to get my reservation complete at the hotel, as if i had done nothing on Expedia. and they also tried to get me to pay again. the hotel is need of a remodel. if feels 30 years old and not in a good way. you have to carry your luggage down a flight of stairs to go to the elevator. the room was clean. and the bed was comfortable. the staff was friendly but not very competent. there are 2 or 3 hotels that share the same lobby areas with a rope dividing them. a little strange

Tequendama Hotel is convenient for its location as well as the plethora of restaurants around to go and eat. The best part of the hotel was the staff: Friendly, attentive and super professional. Breakfast at El Virrey was amazing (Special Thanks to Juan!), The food at Inkai was superb. The downside to the hotel: Noise levels are definitely something to be addressed. Also, the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so the rooms seem a little worn down. Overall a really good stay.

That HOTEL WAS THE BEST ONE IN MY LIFE. Everything was so perfect. Room, beds, bathroom, lobby, breakfast, employees, the restaurant….. I am so happy to stay in Bogota in that hotel. Congratulations!!!! I highly recommend it!

Excelente servicio

The room was good for my needs, desk and extra table for suitcases, nice closed and safety box. The staff made me feel like at home, all of them knew my name and they were very pending on my needs. Lady and Juan at the restaurant have been excellent host representing the hotel on a fantastic way of welcoming me back and even remembering how I like my food and they remember my name … so many year coming to the hotel!! I Love, love the food specially the breakfast menu.

Room was great. If considering Bogota Tequendama—- absolutely choose the 4Points Sheraton Tequendama vs Tequendama Monserrate if going on a weekend. They are 2 hotels sharing same infrastructure but the Tequendama Monserrate virtually closed on the weekend whereas 4 Points is fully open.

Modern room with a super comfy bed. The staff were helpful and the hotel felt super safe. It was close to some good eats and the museum.

Clean room, good beds an the view of the city is amazing, the breakfast has a lot options of the typical colombian food.
