Jermaine at the front desk was friendly and helpful! We were only there for 12 hours but were extremely pleased with everything!

Last minute booking. Shuttle from airport was timely but in serious need of an upgrade, I was worried it was going to break down. The room was clean but the hallways and elevator were very dirty and had us concerned. I have higher expectations for a Doubletree.

Enjoyed the room, slept well. Shuttle was a bit late arriving at airport and caused a delay with me getting to my event.

This was an old property. It was not convenient to anything. We had to uber everywhere. There was not even a convenient store around to walk to. No refrigerator or microwave in the rooms. Now days even Holiday inn has them. We didn’t have a way to keep things cold. The front desk area doesn’t offer much in that area and the restaurant was open every day at 6 pm. There was nothing easy about staying here. We did use the gym but it was outdated and didn’t have all the parts to the cable machine. The flooring was coming up. I won’t stay there again. Probably will never go to Philadelphia again.

I got mixed messages about whether there was a shuttle to the airport. Front desk said there was no shuttle, Expedia said there was a shuttle every 20 minutes going to and from the airport. Ended up getting a ride with Eugene driving the Embassy Suites shuttle to get to the hotel. Seems he felt sorry for me waiting an hour in the rain waiting for the nonexistent shuttle. Otherwise, a nice place to stay for 2 nights

Big disappointment with staying at this hotel. Upon checking the staff was rude and seemed to be in a hurry like they didn’t have time to answer questions. I asked about the pool hours (indoor pool) since it was one of the reasons I booked this hotel and was rudely told it was closed this weekend. When I asked why it was closed, if it was due to renovations I was told, no we just decided to close it. Then I asked for a luggage cart since I am disabled and was again rudely told they don’t have them.. how does a hotel not have luggage carts? When arriving to my room, the room was dirty. It looked like the guests who previously stayed there must have had a party of some sorts, there were confetti and glitter everywhere along with food stains all over the carpet. The bathroom sinks didn’t drain well and brown water started coming out of it. Wallpaper in the living room was coming off the wall. The room had no trash bags in the one trash can they provided. And parking well that’s a whole another story, it’s not an easy process for as you pay daily but it really nightly. The hotel customer service person behind the desk (Caleb) said the parking came out of the 100 dollar incidental charge the hotel charges which was inaccurate for as it charges my card daily and the ticket reader never worked. I tried to bring these issues up to the customer service desk and was told someone would call me during my stay, no one ever did. The hotel overall needs major renovations and staff are rude.

The room was smelling terrible bad. Real old carpet. Do not recommend this hotel in any circumstances.

I liked that the hotel provided the hotel shuttle and my pick-up driver was great. The check-in process was seamless and the front desk representative was so nice. Room was nice and was clean. Only feedback is that no answer at front desk when calling for a wake-up call. Also, the shuttle driver I had at my 4am ride to the airport was less than friendly.

Paid parking

I didn’t like the fact that they charge you $25 per day for parking 😡 and the facility needs a major upgrade! Other than that the hotel was ok!

So when we went to check in they gave us a room someone was in. Then we got to the 5th floor and kids running up and down hallway many calls to front desk and they still never told them to quiet down.

The individual rooms were dusty. When the air conditioner was running little black particles landed on the window sill. The carpeting in the room and hallway was in poor condition. The hallway carpeting had ripped. The overall condition of the building looked uncleaned and not up to date.The only good thing was the cookies.

Near airport and they provide free shuttle

It was an average hotel with super nice staff. The bathroom left some desire for cleanliness and the toilet ran all night long, but I made it through the night.
