Great location in the downtown Victoria area. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, and shopping. The room was large, clean, and very well maintained. The Front desk staff were excellent.

Everything is good. The only reason I gave 4 star is the wait time for lifts are long. The breakfast booking is not easy to get, a little weird response from the staff. Rest all are good.

Perfect location for walking to many of Victoria’s restaurants, shops and to enjoy beautiful views of the harbour. Has convenient self parking for a fee. Clive’s lounge is a nice place to unwind at the end of the day. All the staff we met were professional, helpful and nice.

This hotel has an excellent location that is an easy walk to anything in downtown Victoria. What really sets it apart is the incredibly friendly and helpful staff! They absolutely go out of their way in every department to make your stay pleasurable and hassle-free. We would definitely stay there again!!!

I had a great stay. Super friendly staff, clean room and facilities. The only thing that keeps me from putting 5 stars is the age of the building, so room feels very old. The room did not have proper AC, but it did have an improvised one, which worked perfectly, just very loud. Definitely 5 stars, just not quite.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

Initial check in was a little disappointing due to not receiving the King Room we had reserved and not offering any real fix since I had made the reservation through Expedia and not the hotel directly. I went back down to front desk to see if anything could be done, even a room change mid stay if necessary. I got very lucky and spoke with the supervisor who was incredible and he worked with the front staff to come up with an amazing solution. It really was fantastic. The staff was so helpful and they really worked their magic and made an anniversary weekend fantastic. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, had great views. It couldn't have worked out any better.
