Property was ok but the gentleman at the front desk left a lot to be desired in my he area of customer service. It just felt like everything was a pain to him

We always enjoy staying here when we come out to the LA area. Comfortable and clean rooms plus my wife enjoys the pool. Off the beaten path a little which is nice with no LA city traffic.

Small just for a couple is fine but with a family not. It’s fine just for one night.

Things I would have liked, but they did not have: 1. A microwave in the room 2. Adjoining rooms 3. A hot tub 4. Extended pool hours (maybe until 10pm) closed at 9pm I am super picky when it comes to pillows and bedding. I was very pleased with the comfort of both. Other than that it was an excellent experience.

Me and wife have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have always enjoyed our stay there. The rooms are clean, and spacious. Only issue I could point out is that AC is super loud. Overall I would give this hotel a 8/10

It was a nice hotel but we had ants in our room and even after the matinee guy came and sprayed they came right back it was kinda a pain we had to deal with them

The staff didn’t explain the interior parking well, the AC barely cooled the room, it was extremely loud almost all night/morning. The pedestrian exits from the interior of the motel wasn’t well marked. But the room itself was nice, the fridge was a welcome sight, the beds were comfy. Overall, worth the median cost for the room

ADA room was excellent. Facility was dated. Location was industrial and right next to the freeway.

Very clean. The air conditioning was great. The coffee that came with the room was not good.

Clean and close to universal studios area feels safe

This is definitely more of a motel vibe. It was very clean and staff was really nice. We booked this last minute and truly appreciated the free uber or Lyft ride to and from Airport.

If youre looking for a seedy expensive a Hotel look no further

It was conveniently close to everything and the freeway. It was clean, quiet and the staff was friendly.
