Terrible parking situation,and parking prices

Upgraded to Hyatt so all was excellent

We actually stayed at the Hyatt Fallsview. We got moved from the Wyndham to the Hyatt as the Wyndham was being used as hotel for the people displaced by the wildfires. This review is for the Hyatt. They moved us from a city view to a falls view, which was a welcome surprise. It was beautiful to see the Horseshoe Falls from our room. It was more of a side view, but we expected no view so it was great to see the rainbows and awe of the falls. It was a regular room. The layout was long and spacious with two beds, entrance hallway and bathroom, or should I say, washroom since we are in Canada. :). Only annoyance was we were there for three nights, and the first day that we were out all day, but they didn’t come in time to clean the room. We were back around 5. The beds weren’t made or bathroom changed over. The woman came when we were in the room already. She only gave us new towels. On second day, the beds were done in time and bathroom towels done, but there were empty soap containers in the shower. We left them to be refilled but they were left empty. We used the indoor pool each day since we had kids. The youngest enjoyed it. It had two hot tubs and decent sized pool. They had plenty of fresh towels. It got crowded at times but never too bad. They had sun deck but need more chairs. We didn’t eat at restaurants. Starbucks downstairs we used each day. Perfect location. Don’t use WEGO bus from there. Too slow. Walk, Uber or use funicular to get to Table Rock.

At 380.00 per nite they unfortunately forgot to inform guests that some of the rooms tv system were being upgraded and we had next to no channels !!! At 380 bucks a nite wow totally unacceptable!!!!

The rooms were great. W got the 2 room suite where one of the rooms had a tub w jets. It’s great for large families. The pool was great but the gym was a bit small. Over all it was great

It was a nice stay. However the parking fees were ridiculous especially since you have to cross a busy street to get to your car. Nice to have food options in the hotel and nearby

Was offered an upgrade to floor 37 fallsview room for a reasonable price. Best decision ever, amazing views!!!

After unexpectedly being told, we had to change hotels , which is OK and understandable based on the situation, we proceeded to the next hotel. This hotel was very much larger and not very accommodating Although they had our reservation there at the Hyatt. they did not offer anything as far as perks or small gestures for the inconvenience of having to change hotels. They literally had some small potential upgrades that could’ve accommodated us with a small child, but they chose to offer an upgrade at a huge premium even more than I paid for each night of hotel. Restaurants where expensive and I had chosen the other hotel based on location so everything about this was an inconvenience and very disappointing.. The only staff that were super courteous and seemed to care were the ones helping people on and off the elevators or the very front doors as greeters. Overall, and not a good experience and will not recommend either at this point moving forward

When we arrived this hotel we move to Hyatt Residence

We booked a falls view room through Expedia and when we got there the Wyndam had been commondeered by the government to house people displced by the forest fires and firefighters. The Hyatt Regency would not give us the falls view room we booked at Niagra Falls. It was a second honeymoon so I wanted it to be special with the view of the falls and the fireworks. I had to pay more than the original price extra for a suite because that was the only room they had left. They would not refund my original room payment so I could not go elsewhere. could not find out if the fault was the Wyndham or Expedia but an verru disapointed.

Super convenient location to both casino and Falls.

Our room was amazing! You can’t beat the location and views!
