The Radisson has really stepped up its game recently and has became my go-to accommodation. Clean room and many are being updated. Great pool, restaurant, and the movie theater in the mall attached is great.

This was my third time staying at the hotel and it’ll be my last. The disturbance and nuisance from youths is very bad. My wife had to report to the hotel security because some kids next door were yelling and partying at 2:30am and we had little children trying to sleep. It’s very poor and the hotel to really do something about it. And yea, the swimming pool was contaminated so my son couldn’t swim. Not surprised.

Room was okay. We used the pull out couch and there was dirt under it. That mattress was pretty beat up and stained and we needed to call guest service for bedding as it wasn't in the room. The other beds were comfortable and all bedding and towels clean. The bathtub didn't drain well, and the hot/cold taps were installed backwards. The room was cold no matter how we adjusted the temperature. The pool was in good condition and the air was warm. The pool itself was cold, but still a lot of fun for the kids. Disappointed that the hottub is non-functional though. Breakfast was very good and food was regularly refreshed during the time we were in the dining room. The waffle maker was a huge hit with my kids. Having a selection of tea available was a nice touch that other hotels of the same value don't offer. Overall I would recommend and stay here again when we are in the Sudbury area. Great value for the price we paid. If the price is increased I would probably find a different place though.

The listing stated sound proof rooms. They are definitely not sound proof. The hotel is old and tired and needs some work. But it was clean, the staff were nice. Parking is included which is helpful. The free breakfast wasn’t horrible, just not hot.

The pool was great, had towels and items for the kids to play with. There was no complimentary anything (breakfast, dinner, snacks) due to staff shortage although it remained listed in the perks of the hotel when booking. Leaving us stranded and on our own to get items for the kids in the morning. I understand the weather challenges however this should have been planned for ahead of time as it was no surprise that extreme weather was going to happen. As a family of 4 having complimentary breakfast at a hotel is a cost saver as going out to get something to satisfy our hunger is automatically 50-100$.

Getting to park and go into the hotel was not easy. Nowhere to park in the wierdly layed out parking lot to check in, and then once we checked in, given a ticket to park in the parking garage next door for the mall, and no real clear directions how to get back into the hotel. The hotel itself was fine, rooms were a little tired, bedding was pretty wrinkled up. Beds weren’t very comfortable. Clean enough, but certainly not very inviting. When we arrived, I asked if the pool was open, and the person at the desk told me it was closed because ‘someone pooped in the pool’ while laughing about it. It happens, I get it, but not very professional to be telling guests that. We left before the breakfast was served, so I can’t comment on that. Cheap enough that I’m not all that upset about anything in the long run, but expected a little more of a Raddison.

If you happen to deal with a rude or unpleasant person at the reception, your whole evening can be ruined. Unfortunately, Radisson doesn’t always hire the best people for front desk positions

Carpet dirty from shoes in room. Hot tub by pool out of Service. Older man gave a younger staff worker at Front desk a scolding making her feel bad.

Shops nearby were good variety. The pool andvtowels were good. I was disappointed that the hot spa was out of operation, and , judging by the plants on it, it didn't look to bd opening anytime soon. All in all, a comfortable and spacious king bed room.

They lost my expedia reservation. Forced me to book another room. Found my reservation, didnt refund either of the bookings. Poop and make up on sheets and comforter. No cleaning service during 3 night stay. No water pressure or hot water to shower off whatever was on the beds. Mouldy shower curtain. Holes in bathroom ceiling and tub. Asked to speak with a manager for 3 days with no success. Would recommend to avoid.
