good price -- standard room - breakfast included excellent place for family on a budget

Nice hotel with okay amenities. No streaming on tv though

It was a very comfortable hotel, the room was great. It is a long walk from the parking to my room because the access from one corridor is blocked (cannot access with room key). This was inconvenient.

The check in was fine.

Check in was ok but the rep seemed a little pre- occupied while check in. I usually ask for a room close to elevator due to knee surgery. I am put in room 336, so I went back and requested closer to elevator. At checkout, no one at desk until I knocked and said loud hello. Of course, I ended up parking upstairs where it’s dark and ring for door to open and walk to my room 201. My card to exit the parking lot and no card. I had included with my room keys, anyways i had to walk back to get at front desk. After all that im posed and frustrated.

Hotel was great . However breakfast can be improved especially the coffee and timing of breakfast

Homeless people every where you look. People doing drugs in broad daylight. The location is disgusting. As soon as we pulled up we saw someone being handcuffed. We felt so unsafe. Would never, ever stay here again, even if it was free!

The bed mattress could be softer on the back they were quite firm if you like that, at least for the double bed rooms, they could use a upgrade on mattresses. The shower was brutal, it only works at full pressure that is for massages, maybe just our room not sure about the other rooms. It was quiet for sleeping and the heated pool was awesome, it was actually heated and the pool is quite big. Outside of the hotel, the whole area is very sketchy, a lot of drug addicts, homeless etc... So be wary of your surroundings and don't go out after 9 pm. Otherwise the hotel is perfect for overnight stays.

Place was clean. Breakfast was well stocked. Location was great for my needs.

extended weekend getaway with the Mrs. King bed and pillow were comfortable. Suite was decent with some wear but nothing serious. No Jacuzzi was disappointing and the pool was frequently loaded with rowdy kids left a mess and no towels but w Le came preparered with our own and hit the pool later to avoid the kids. No problem. On site restaurant/bar is ok at best. Overall good value for the money if youre looking g a convenient place to stay

The beds were comfortable, however, the room had a smell, the bathroom is old and has permanent mildew and was tiny. The bath towels, look so nice and white, but had hair on them that was not mine. The bed also had hair under the top sheet layer. I wouldn’t stay here again. I was in town for a wedding so the location worked to get to the venue. But for the price, that’s insane to smell like that. It made it feel like the entire room was dirty.

There was no room service provided during my stay, and whenever I tried to call the hotel staff for help, no one answered. Extremely poor service — not recommended.

Room is very clean. Pillows are comfortable. Great strong shower. Very friendly and efficient front desk service, house keeping serviceand restaurant waiters and waitresses. The only problem is no air circulation when having hot shower. Needed to open the shower door.
