The owner needs to have some serious work down to this place!

I rented a suite bc we had 5 people and pulled out the bed in the couch, it was broken and no one could sleep on the bed. The person woke up with a back ache the next morning. The water park and the pizza were a hit tho. Was disappointed tho.

Not a bad place , especially for kids, but their onsite bar and restaurant are never open when you want them to be, and the restaurant didn’t even have an active liquor license to serve drinks. Rooms were clean and nice ehough

Stopped because of pool fun. Room was not as I reserved but was given a different room fir 5. Tv did not work, bathroom door did not close, toilet seat broke, lots of wear on walls.

We went to the Ramada Friday and the pools needed to be cleaned I got a double bed suite and even tho it was pretty out dated it was clean the bathroom was nice and when asked for more soap and shampoo they gave it to us including towels as well the tv didn’t work at first and the Netflix wasn’t able to connect because the internet didn’t work for the tv it only had a few local channels. The pillows and blankets were very cheap and the couch was broken. The pool area was extremely hot and the pools needed to be cleaned the water was very cloudy.The pizza place down stairs messed up my order so badly. The breakfast was horrible stale cereal great value yogurt and juice a waffle maker and old fruit was all they had the coffee was nasty too kids had fun but it was not worth the price or $15 extra for the swimming bracelets I went for the babies but I don’t think we will be going back any time soon

The only issue I had was with the slides. The rules on what life jacket to wear wasn’t posted anywhere. My son went down one slide with a life jacket and the second time was told he couldn’t wear that one. He had to wear one that buckled in the back not in the front. The rules weren’t posted on the life jackets.

No hot water. No towels at pool. Very limited breakfast.

Horrible. Slow check in. We weren’t in the system. Given wrong room, #301 with no working phones, broken bathroom door handle. Sink barely had flow. The room had no plunger, dirty blinds and its was just horrible

People were friendly and welcoming. Facilities look in good conditions.

Everything was fine but the pool staff was a chubby, white, and annoying girl who apparently disliked us and those of us who speak Spanish because she looked at me and my children badly. I didn't like that. It's not the first time I've stayed here, but this time the pool staff was terrible.

The hot water did not work in my room The handle was broken. There were holes in the wall and strips peeled off. But pool area was nice.

Nice hotel, friendly staff at front desk and restaurant. Oil staff a little grumpy. Need spaces for teenagers not old enough for hot tub and too old for 3 foot pool. Sheet in pull out couch smelled musty and were not sleep worthy

Mildew. Wet. No hot water showers. No shower door which made the bathroom horribly humid and wet. The toilet ran constantly. I'm pretty sure there was a water main break under our room because the carpeted floor was wet and never dried. It made everything damp. The slides at the water park were cool. The hot tub was nice. Kids love the water park. The pizza place was not open during our stay. My daughter and I experienced bug bites on our ankles as well.

Beautiful start to this hotel! Everything needs a little maintenance - dryer, ice machine, elevator… keep that pool up and clean! It is a huge draw and wonderful resource! Our room was clean but didn’t get cleaned in the 7 nights we were there. Bathroom was really modern.

Hotel and hotel staff was great. Only thing to complain about was just the floor was wet but it’s also a pool hotel. Sooo… over all great experience.

Kids loved the water park inside, suite was spacious and comfortable, air conditions worked great, beds were soft and pillows were too fluffy for our liking. The room we had had wet carpet around the exterior wall that the showers was on upon entering but staff tried to accommodate to get us a different room but there wasn’t one. They gave me a bunch of towels to put down on the floor so it wasn’t so wet and they refunded my money for the night. Overall was an ok place to stay for family. Do not recommend the restaurant inside, food was overpriced and was not very good.

Great value for the price. Super cheap and impressed by indoor water park. Will stay again. Breakfast isnt much but didnt expect much for 80 bux a night
