Staff was very helpful and friendly.

Excellent check in. Room was nice. Hair in the bathtub. The breakfast was good. But water dripping from the ceiling is concerning. Bed wasn’t comfortable. Wife didn’t like the pillows.

A pool is advertised, yet, it has been closed for 3 years! It was closed when I stayed there 3 years ago. It was closed in February, so I chose another hotel. Still closed in May. I believe that it's purposely drained, and that there's no intention of reopening. Room was very smelly and noisy. Lots of loud banging early in the morning.

Hotel is clean and stuff is friendly. I was supposed to get a king in a corner room.i arrived to a double Queen on the noisy first floor the bed absolutely sucked

The hotel was clean, friendly staff. Went to use the gym and was disappointed. The treadmill was stuck in an error mode, the exercise bike straps on the pedals were broken.

Not a bad drive to Gillett Stadium. Convenient and plenty of food options around

I was surprised and not happy that because I went through a third party I did not get a printed receipt.

Expedia needs to stay updated on the amenities because I went to Holiday Inn for the pool in the pool was down and a few other things water pipe broke so we could take a shower or use the bathroom

The hotel was fine, but I was disappointed by the smell of smoke in my non-smoking room. The entire hallway smelled of smoke and as a result, so did my room. This is very differct for a person with asthma and allergies.

i rent the hotel because my kids what to go to a pool main reason why i book , pool was closed on top of the the air conditioner was not working properly and no hot water to midnight
