Had a delicious. bfast pm Simday am, and were then informed that dining rooms were closed from noon to Tuesday am. Made no sense to us, and was inconvenient.

Downtown Duluth, enter through parking garage. Stairs are hotel key locked and elevator you have to use hotel key. Makes you feel safe especially with the homeless population downtown Duluth. They have a nice breakfast cafe attached to hotel.

Our room had a great view of the lift bridge and the staff was very helpful and friendly

There was bits of popcorn on the floor in the bedroom of our suite. Obviously was not vacuumed before we came in. Otherwise, the rest of clean.

Coffee was empty. Probably should have more than one pot. The hot tub was broken The staff was friendly. Ev charger was convenient.

Nice room with a city view. Bathroom could use some updating in the shower/toilet area. Comfortable king size bed. Safe parking area attached to hotel.

Not a lot going on in the downtown area where this hotel is located, so location not great for us. Clean and good service. Thrilled to find they have EV chargers!

My room smelled. Clearly the bed spread on the bed had not been washed. I tried 3 ice machines on 3 floors and none of them worked. The pool was shut down. Would have been nice to know this before we reserved the room.

Good hotel but the homeless presence was close- real close.

Location & shuttle

Room was not cleaned well. Hair in tub and bathroom area and vanity floor had not been swept for awhile

The property was in walking distance from our event

Location was great. Room very nice.

We didn't know that there were several e ents going on in the city for the weekend. Check in was a long line, but moved fairly fast. Lots of young kids, noisy for awhile. The AC blows right on your head when lying in the bed. There were no instructions on how to work the TV, no maps, no hotel information in the room. The flusher on the toilet was ready to fall off, but i fixed that. All in all it was okay, but will never stay there again.

Pools were nice. Lamp was dusty. Staff were very helpful! Loved the sleep time tea in the room

Hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. I actually loved how they had Dove hand soap, lotion, bodywash, lotion and shampoo. The lighting was bright enough in the bathroom to do a full beat, and we had a nice view of the city. The bed was amazing! My biggest gripe was a sign by the thermostat to keep the temperature between 66 and 74. It was 32 degrees out when we checked in and 74 was not warm enough for me! Additionally, out car was broken into during our stay. That could of very well happened anywhere downtown. Also, no free breakfast or microwave in the room (had one in lobby along with other snacks and frozen entrées. Overall i'd stay here again!
