The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet was amazing

The rooms are clean. The pool area is great. Enjoyed the sauna hot tub and pool. The workout room was very nice also, the reception desk employees are terrific! So friendly and helpful. I’ll be back this will be my go to hotel for concerts etc.

Everyone was nice and friendly

I loved my one night stay. The hotel was clean the staff were professional. The only thing is if you want a room with a jet tub you should call the hotel brfore booking.

Staff attentive for wedding party

Really nice place to stay. A little further from the concert events but still convenient for shopping and dining also.

Our room was a HOT 85° when we checked in. We let the front desk know and she told us we need to turn it off and turn it back on and wait a couple of hours. He asked if somebody could look at it but they never sent anyone and the room was hot the whole time we were there. The shower water never fully drained and we were in ankle deep water. And we had issues with the toilet as well.. It’s a nice hotel and the bar was great but between the room issues and the small towels, Plus you only got one towel for each person. We would definitely try another hotel next time we’re in town.

I found the contemporary design to be quite appealing

This was a really nice hotel and the breakfast offered was good for a $15 add on (you pay once and can eat breakfast every day). The kitchen and housekeeping team were friendly and professional. Our room was clean and the hotel was very quiet. There was a very loud wedding party happening at the bar downstairs and we couldn’t hear a peep in our room. The hotel has a good amount of parking and there are some food options and a gas station right across the street. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this Crowne Plaza!!

Elements of nice and not so nice. The shower looked rough - tile grout had mold. Elected not to shower because it wasn’t clean.

Good proximity to Meadow Brook Amphitheater. Check-in staff was friendly, check-out staff, not so much. Room was fine, but definitely worn with a slight smoke smell.

The area near hotel wasn't what i was expecting but the hotel itself was nice. Very clean room. We didn't use the pool or other amenities so I can't speak to those.
