I booked a king size suite room, and booked this hotel for connecting flight for the convenience of a shuttle I needed to be at the airport for 6 AM and when I got there, I was told the shuttles were full and I was only able to get on a 4 AM shuttle Arriving at 12 AM that we’ve only allowed me three hours to sleep, defeating the purpose of getting a hotel room… Also, I had reserved a king size room going to find out when they looked at the room that it was a queen size… They did not offer an alternate means a transportation to the airport in the morning, so I was forced to return to the airport and spend seven hours on a bench in the airport waiting for my connecting flight. So far they’re not issuing a refund. Shauna mow at $150. It’s spend the entire night in the airport.

This hotel ranks as one of worst I have ever had the experience of staying with. We stayed there only one night as we were held in Montreal for an extra night due to flight cancellations because of bad weather. I was travelling with my 13yo and decided to have a fun night with some games and a pool as this hotel advertised. Upon check-in, we were informed that pool was closed and only open on the weekends. The few games that were there were coin operated (loonies) and the front desk staff did not have change. I was told several times to comeback later, but they never did have any. I managed to get a few coins from the bartender (Frank), a very nice and sincere man. Food wise, there was a canteen on site and a bar/restaurant. I almost had to give up one arm to pay for anything in the canteen. A small pack of chips was $4.50, small mars bites was $11, and a big pack of pretzels was $11. Holy cow!!! The restaurant was reasonably priced and the quality of the food was very good. The added bonus was the bartender, Frank. The room was a mile away from the front desk. It was reasonable, but with very small, but comfortable beds. It felt like they did try to update the room at some point but missed the finer details. The bathroom was a split setup with the sink on the opposite side of the entranceway from the tub/shower and toilet. Lighting was poor in the room overall. Heating was poor as it had one of those heaters under the window that would billow hot air like a politician

Espace commun sofa, tapis, tables et chaises sont insalubres. J’ai des photos. Nous ne retournerons jamais à cet endroit.

Premièrement, j’aurais aimé avoir un sondage en français. Nous sommes au Québec et la principale langue est le français!!!! Par contre à l’hôtel, on m’a bien répondu en francais

The only positive thing about our experience was that the airport shuttle was on time. Other than that, the hotel was dirty, we had no hot water, amenities had mold and staff was friendly but not accommodating. I will not be booking there again.

Nicely updated rooms, friendly and helpful staff and easy shuttle service to the Airport.

J'ai resté à cet hôtel une nuit avant mon voyage et une nuit en revenant. L'endroit est près de l'aéroport, seulement 10-15 min de route malgré la construction devant l'hôtel au moment de mon séjour. Tout a bien été lors de ma première nuit, excepté peut-être que le bar a fermé tôt, 22hrs, mais l'employé au bar était vraiment sympa. Lors de mon 2e séjour, j'ai demandé à la femme de la réception pour aller à un autre terminal que YUL. C'est bien indiqué dans plusieurs sites ainsi que leur publicité que la navette peut nous déposer ailleurs que YUL dans un rayon de 10km. J'aillais à un terminal à 5.4km, incluant un petit détour dû à la construction et en route pour YUL donc pas un grand détour pour la navette, c'était sur son chemin de l'aéroport. Le problème est que la femme à la réception est vraiment bête, me donnant des excuses que dû à la construction, la navette ne peut pas faire autre route que celle de YUL-Hôtel aller-retour. Je comprends ça. Mais là, elle dit que le propriétaire regarde le gps et pleins d'autres bullshit comme ça. Cette femme ne devrait pas être au service à la clientèle. Elle ne sait pas parler au gens, vraiment désagréable et tourne les yeux en me parlant, je trouve ça aucunement professionnel. Donc, je recommende cet hôtel mais si vous voyez cette dame à la réception, plutôt âgée et non souriante, attendez-vous à un service de marde de sa part!! (Merci au conducteur de la navette qui voulait m'aider mais j'ai finalement pris un Uber.)

Spacious and quiet room with a very comfortable King bed. The hotel has obviously received a major facelift, as the rooms seem new, stylish and very contemporary. The only complaint is that the phone to call reception didn't work - a minor concern. The free shuttle to and from the airport is frequent and reliable, and the hotel wifi was fast and stable. All round, a great stay.

Bon service

Room was spotless, staff was a little lost. I was charged parking but my nephew was not. I was told credit card was mandatory for security deposit but my nephew was able to do it on debit. But the premises was excellent.

Staff was super nice, I just wished the bathrooms were slightly bigger since the sink is outside the bathroom. Walls and doors are not soundproofed at all
