Nothing was great about this place. The person at the reception desk at the time of check in was good but the other one who worked at night, was very rude. We had to also change the hotel room at 2:00am as the AC did not work. No towels or anything provided in that room and not clean at all. NOT RECOMMENDED

Nice room but no carpet so felt a small discomfort plus room wasent getting cold all the way. Nice to have a small store for snacks but expensive. Pool has an odd placement, right in the middle of hotel. Sucks that you have to pay for parking 30-70$ - private parking And NO smartTV plus not able to connect HDMI

Very bad experience found bed bugs.

The rooms were real updated. I was pleasantly surprised! We selected it for the free airport shuttle which was easy to reserve and picked up perfectly. It looks like the property is being updated. Value was good...we had to walk a 3.5 miles (round trip) to get to fast food location. I would have been nice if there were food options closer.

The room itself was acceptable, but the hotel was disgusting. The floors and doors were dirty, and the garbage bins were constantly overflowing. During our four-night stay, our room’s floor was never cleaned. The carpets in the hallways were filthy and clearly had not been vacuumed in a long time. The gym was also a huge disappointment. About 90% of the equipment was out of order, and there were no disinfectant wipes or cleaning supplies available for guests to sanitize the machines after use. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of this hotel were far below acceptable standards, and I would not recommend staying here unless they are working on it. Staff was kind though.

Loved the pool area and the trees. Felt like a destination venue. Highly recommend

We picked this hotel because of the pool and splash pad and games for kids and the pool/ splash pad was closed and the game spot was broken or not useable. It was a long night with two kids and we will never be back there.

Great room, great hotel

While the rooms have clearly been updated…nice shower and comfortable beds, the older in-room safe was malfunctioning and beeping every 10 seconds and with no one showing up to fix it after our request, we had to cover it with our clothes to muffle the noise. Overall, while our room was very nice, this hotel could improve immensely if they kept the public spaces cleaner….vacuuming the hallways and ESPECIALLY dumping the exterior garbage cans. Perhaps that would eliminate the need for rodent traps every 10 feet along the hotel perimeter.

Rooms and amenities are really good . The only thing I didn’t like was the parking lot and bin station in front of door are smelly and trash was not cleaned flying in the parking lot. Please pay attention to private parking lots.

Ordinaire.. nous n'avons pas eu la bonne chambre: résultats 3 personnes dans un lit et 2 autres dans un lit plus que inconfortable. On a dormis par terre. En plus d'être sale, il y avait des mego de cigarettes de la personne qui avait la chambre avant nous. La prise de courant de la salle de bain ne fonctionnait pas. La manette de télé marchait 1x sur 2. Une demande de couvertures supplémentaires à pris 45min à arriver. On a reçu le tout à presque minuit. La machine pour retirer de l'argent fonctionnait jamais et évidemment pas de retrait possible au contoir. En plus que 1x sur 2 les arcades mangeaient nos sous..... La porte #3 qui mène à l'extérieur, qui ne barre pas et donne accès à l'hôtel à n'importe qui L'eau de la piscine donnait l'impression d'avoir des algues... sans parler des tas de cheveux qu'ils y avaient autour. Une chance que le sauveteurs à sauvé nos soirées piscines avec sa gentillesse et sa participation (notre seule positif). De plus, des frais de parking supplémentaires non inclus (malgré notre facture de presque 700$), qu'ont nous avise seulement rendu au comptoir. Vraiment déçu de la ligne Radisson, que je ne recommenderais pas. Ça ne donne pas le gout de refaire affaire avec vous, malheureusement. Nous nous attendons à mieux surtout au tarif treeeees élevé chargé pour 2 nuitée. Merci d'un retour.

I rarely write reviews for places I stay at because these experiences are usually nothing to right home about. But I recently had the misfortune of staying at Raddison Hotel Montreal Airport and do I have a couple of things to say. Firstly, we arrived at the hotel pretty late into the evening and were exhausted from our trip. So, we decided to eat at the hotel. Huge mistake. We received a pasta dish with a piece of hair sticking out of it, clear as day. I asked the wait staff to take the dish back and we were sent a different dish back after a while. In the middle of eating, I noticed yet another piece of hair in my new pasta dish. This goes to show how poor the hygiene and care involved is in the kitchen. We decided to forgo having breakfast at the hotel in the morning after that frankly disgusting experience. Secondly, the room we were staying in smelt strongly of something akin to insect repellent. I also noticed that the cover sheet on the bed was slightly stained. If you can avoid staying at this hotel, I urge you to do so. We only stayed at the hotel for one night, but it left a bad taste in my mouth for the rest of our trip in Montreal.

Room is clean and that’s it. I asked for a room close to the elevator she said they are all booked. Without asking further she assigned a room further away from the front entrance which is scary around. The furthest one from the Centre dinning area. I don’t feel like being welcomed to this hotel. She told me nothing about the hotel and surrounding. I am not coming back.

Great value for a stopover — good location, easy airport shuttle, clean and spacious room, and very friendly staff. The building shows its age, but for a one-night stay it does the job perfectly.

The room appeared clean and renovated. However, I noticed an unpleasant smell coming from the bed sheets when I was lying in bed. Other than that, the room itself was clean. I could also hear noise from the corridor late at night from other hotel guests. I would have appreciated stricter enforcement of quiet hours to ensure guests’ sleep is respected. In addition, the main hall contained a pool and recreation area, including billiard and foosball tables, where there were many children making considerable noise. This was unexpected for me, and the atmosphere felt more like a family recreation center than the type of hotel environment I was looking for. Overall, while the property was clean and renovated, the noise levels and overall atmosphere did not meet my expectations. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Accessibility was a bit unusual b'cos the outer roads were partly closed (not the hotel's fault) as there was construction going on. But once on the property, everythign was good. Would definitely stay back here again.
