Enjoyed my stay. Staff was great

Could’ve used more staff to help in the restaurant on the Saturday night. The one bartender did his best but definitely could’ve used help on the rainy day and with the Bruno Mars concert being cancelled. Check out was too long as well. The two clerks were busy but then people wanted to have their bags held and the one lady had to go help them and then she had a line up. Should’ve had more staff for how busy it was.

Smelt like smoke was gross and dingy. However, staff was excellent and lobby was pretty. The smell is a huge problem including my sheets. Elevator was dirty and bulding itself.

Breakfast not that great.

Unfortunately mini fridge wasn’t working so after one night, the front desk relocated us to a new room which was nice. Curtain didn’t close properly in the new room either. Washrooms were too small for a family, meant for solo traveller. Hotel centrally located and close to many shops and restaurants and CN tower.

Room was clean and great location.

The property is extremely dated, the wallpaper in the room was peeling and looked like it was starting to fall apart…very much against the Hyatt brand.

As I was on a business trip, I found the WIFI a bit spotty and not up to supporting virtual video meetings reliably so suffered some fragmenting but nothing that turning the camera off didn't resolve.

Likes: Room was clean. Staff was courteous and helpful, buffet breakfast in restaurant was pretty expensive but I had a great variety and the fruit was very fresh. That bed was super comfortable and had nice soft sheets. Was offered to pay $15 extra to get early check-in in a different room and then they included late checkout, which was nice as our flight was delayed.. Wasn't bothered by any staff, but they were there if I needed them, which is something I like. Dislikes: there is no ventilation in the washroom which makes for uncomfortable bathroom smells and makes it difficult to get ready after a shower because of condensation. The only other mirror in the room was located in the closet which is awkward and had poor lighting and no plug-ins nearby to facilitate a blow dryer or curling iron. I had to get completely ready before my husband took a shower in his deer to avoid running my hair. This took time out of our busy schedule that we could've used to do other things.

Beautiful rooms - renovated. Would def stay again.

The staff was amazing. Zain went above and beyond to make the check-in procedure as quick and easy as possible. Our flight was delayed and Zain made sure we were not late for the ball game.

Great location, decent pricing and loved Starbucks in the lobby.
