I recently stayed at your property and wanted to share both positive highlights and areas where I believe improvements could be made.
Positives:
I appreciated the room upgrade with a great view and the late checkout that came with my membership.
I would especially like to commend Elijah from Engineering. At 2 a.m., he came to address an outlet issue in our room and displayed excellent customer service and professionalism. He replaced the outlets at the nightstands and ensured everything was working properly. His service truly stood out.
Areas for Improvement:
The nightstand outlets were not functional (one had no power and the other only had a USB port), which made charging devices difficult until Elijah assisted.
The carpet and couch were visibly stained. While it was clear an effort was made to clean the couch, the stains were still noticeable.
The shower was difficult to operate, and the showerhead did not spray evenly.
The in-room TV did not offer casting options from a phone, which limited entertainment flexibility.
The safe battery was dead, requiring another service call to make it functional.
Check-out at 2 p.m. was frustrating, as there was only one person at the desk. I was redirected to the concierge and back, and the entire process took about 20 minutes.
Overall, the property has a great atmosphere and wonderful staff members like Elijah, but I believe room maintenance, cleanliness, and operational convenience (safe, outlets
