A wonderful hotel in Barcelona! My little boy loved the decor in the lobby! The staff were friendly and kind, and the hotel was well maintained and clean. It was a great base for us to walk around the city.

Awesome upscale neighborhood. Nice comfortable, roomy hotel. Very nice staff! Plenty of hangouts without being overly crowded. Transportation easily accessible.

Excellent customer service. Hotel is a little older/dated than the pictures portrays but the location is close (walking distance) to lots of dining and shopping options. Excellent choice for people who want to be in close proximity to everything

My flight was very delayed and I arrived late, which meant I stayed in my room from 2AM-12PM. My room was HOT inside when I arrived, the AC was not turned on: It’s July. When I asked if I could have a late checkout the next morning, I was told it would cost me an additional €10/hour. You would think they would waive the charge, considering I was in the room for less than 12 hours and the room cost $240 per night? I recommend staying somewhere cheaper with better service and hospitality.

Excelente hotel, muy cómodo y lindo

What a fantastic stay at this hotel! The breakfast buffet was also great with so many selections. The rooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable! We would stay here again!

Beds are hard and uncomfortable otherwise we had a great stay with an amazing buffet breakfast. The staff were excellent and the room very clean and neat.

El staff fue maravilloso, las habitaciones, con vistas a Barcelona, el desayuno, increíble y se nota muchísimo el trabajo de toda la gente que está detrás de escena, tanto en la preparación del desayuno (muy bien Charo y excelentes tortillas Carlos!) Como tantas personas que trabajaron para la limpieza, el mantenimiento y todo lo que generalmente no se habla cuando sale bien. Felicitaciones y gracias!

Wonderful stay!!! very nice and helpful staff, extraordinary breakfast with several options. Around the place many restaurant options at walkable distance. Would choose again for sure when in Barcelona

Overall god hotel to stay at but I would avoid if you need parking. Overnight parking is about 800m walk. Not too much amenities in the hotel but the location is great. Staff and overall service are great. Also good for family - thank you for the good work

We had a really enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade to the top floor, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom, and everything was clean and well maintained. The hotel provided plenty of thoughtful amenities, including a toothbrush, shower cap, cotton buds, and other essentials, which were a nice touch. The staff were consistently friendly throughout our stay. When we checked out, they kindly stored our luggage for us while we explored the city, and even gave us a complimentary biscuit before we left, which was a lovely gesture. The only slight downside is that the hotel is a little further from Barcelona's main attractions, so be prepared for a bit of walking (we easily did over 20,000 steps a day!). That said, we knew the location beforehand, and it wasn't enough to take away from what was otherwise an excellent stay. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with excellent service, comfortable rooms, and thoughtful touches that made us feel very welcome.

Clean and kind good bad and TV coffee all great ! Just little far from sagrada because we were so tired to walk we took a metro and 10 min walk needed

In the middle of a heat wave, the hotel and staff could not have been more accomodating.
