Staff were fabulous- helpful and then some. Amenities were so-so. Room was nice and clean. Plus - the guest laundry was a great surprise. But no parking, charging for water these days?(!) and charging for “premium” wifi are all very dated practices, just as much of the place looks dated. Pool was too cold to enjoy

The front desk staff were friendly, kind and helpful. Room was spotless and perfectly appointed. The downtown proximity to restaurants and attractions was terrific!

Room (709) was clean and nice. But there was something wrong with the heat / heating controls. We got into the room and it was very hot. Turned it down to 15 from 21 (one would assume this would be cold). The room did not cool down at all. We got back after a late supper (9/10) and the room was still on 21 degrees despite being turned down to 15. This make it difficult to sleep as we were waking up from being way too hot (our face were flushed red). It felt like being in a sauna.

The suite was clean and spacious, the only thing that would’ve made it better is if the kitchenette had dishes and silverware. The staff did provide us with plates as we requested but I would’ve assumed the kitchen had those amenities

The carpet could use a bit of love, and the HVAC would make a loud bang once in a while. Besides that, nice modern clean bathroom and a comfortable bed. Spacious, as well.
