The staff are super friendly and always helpful, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

The breakfast was just ok. The room was very clean and roomy. The 6ft measuring bar for the garage should be made of plastic and not steel. Even though my vehicle is an SUV, it did not clear the bar when leaving due to a bump leaving the garage. It had plenty of room in the garage.

rooms we checked in was terrible duty, which was uncomfortable to stay one night there, so we requested for refund without staying, but refused due to paid. Finally we moved to other hotel without refunded, anyway, we wont choose this place any further

Rooms are disgusting. Dirty, smelly, poorly lighten. This hotel is poor kept and poorly managed. One employee was the only saving grace. Polite, compassionate and empathetic. I have not heard back from management. They $260 + a night not sure for what. They need to update their pictures on your website.

Very friendly front desk agent when I checked in on the weekend. She was courteous, pleasant to deal with and helpful with my requests. However the room was much smaller than I thought it would be for the price I paid and the breakfast included was a boxed version similar to a child's school lunch.

I really liked the bento box style breakfast that you could take to go. Room clean. Staff very friendly.

Bad breakfast

We had a room on the 5th floor with a lake view, in a great location. It was clean and spacious and the view was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bento box breakfast was novel but very enjoyable. Highly recommend!!

Practical access near city center. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, water front.

Parking was $20 a night and the underground parking had a 6 foot Clearance only. Very tight parking.

The breakfast make me feel that you just want me to leave. Take your food and go. The breakfast in a box is degrading to the customer. The parking was expensive.

Endroit propre, personnel sympathique. Stationnement sous-terrain à 20$ par nuit. Déjeuner en boîte pratique à amener à la chambre ou prendre dans la salle à manger. Côté lac, belle vue, peut observer le levé du soleil. J'y retournerais.

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. The room was not as clean as I had hoped, which was quite disappointing and affected my overall experience.

Room was very clean. Only issue was the bathtub in our room did not drain quickly; the water from the shower was up to my ankles. Overall however, very pleasant stay.

Solid place if you're looking for a spot to crash for the night and have no need of parking or other amenities. Clean rooms, friendly staff, central downtown location, no frills. Breakfast was available ("boxed continental"), parking is extra, and while I appreciated the in-room coffee option, would recommend taking advantage of getting your own from a local shop instead. I would have appreciated being able to control the thermostat, instead of just having a "fan hi, lo, or off" option.
