There was a group reservation which took up a good portion of the dining room for supper but all of the staff tried to make sure that people in the other parts were not neglected. There were no face cloths in our room, but there was a small balcony.

My experience with this hotel was great. The staff was awesome. I asked asked for an extension on my checkout time and they granted my wishes so that was awesome. Amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

It was good, a lot of kids running up and down the elevators which was a hassle waiting for the elevators and making multiple stops because of the kids pushing multiple floors to stop at

Staff were very helpful and easy to deal,with , parking is very limited and they need to keep the sidewalks clear of ice ,it was not easy accessing the parking lot safely especially in front of the entrance as it was not cleared or de iced.

The only thing I didn’t agree with is having to pay extra for parking. When staying there it should be included.

The parking fee was quite expensive. Unfortunately, breakfast was not included in the room rate. The staff were very friendly. The room itself was clean. The food offered was average.

Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Location of hotel is nice and convenient. Only downside is the restaurant inside the hotel is desperately understaffed. The staff was amazing at the restaurant trying so hard to juggle everyone, but unfortunately they can only do what one person can do. So we ended up having to leave without supper, as the kitchen was very slow and only one waiter.

The hotel itself is great. Very clean, quick check in, the infamous free checkin cookie, and friendly staff. The restaurant though, that’s another story. There were like 10 people in there and they were turning away tired hungry people because they only had one staff member working and couldn’t accommodate more than that. Absolutely unacceptable for a family looking for food and refreshments after a long day.

Room was very clean and spacious. The Jacuzzi was excellent with ample hot water and minimal fill time with good water pressure and the jets and timer worked excellent
