Staff were great and location is good. The only thing I didn’t like was that the walls were very thin and I could hear full conversations from neighbouring rooms.

Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms, central location, however restaurant and amenities could use an upgrade.

The restaurant was great, very quick service. The location was superb. The beds were way too soft and the sheets were washed in heavy duty starch.i do have very sensitive skin and felt like I was sleeping on sand paper. The staff were very helpful trying to show us how to work the air conditioner. The lemon water at the entrance was a lovely touch! Unfortunately I will not be able to stay there again because of the soft beds and the starch in the sheets

I think it would be helpful to know I’m booking a room where the window is facing a no sunlight and just a wall. I had to keep all the lights on even in the day since it was dark the whole time!

Good hotel. Needs a few updates, but overall great location and spacious corner rooms.

One of the best hotels that I have stayed. The building is well maintained and the staff is friendly and professional. The concierge was very knowledge and extremely friendly. He made multiple recommendations that we followed and they were perfect and to the point. Just lovely!!!

Close to sight seeing. Quiet neighbourhood at night. Enjoyed our stay!

The staff was absolutely wonderful. So helpful with parking, local areas to visit, restaurants. Everytime we would come back in, warm welcome, chatting and truly a delight to be welcomed that way. We didn't get to try the restaurant but the prices seemed to be reasonable. The only complaint and very minor at that was the size of the room and the view. The room was very small and my view was of a back alley and dumpsters.

Does the job. Mattress was soft and water pressure in the shower (on the 7th floor)was weak. Convenient location that is close to all the tourist attractions. Staff are helpful and check in/ check out was smooth.

Great stay in a great location. Very friendly staff, great room. Parking is first come first serve, so be aware if you're getting back later in the evening you may not have a spot. There are plenty of lots amd street parking around though. Would definitely stay again!

Parking was a little run down and expensive for what you are provided.
