Had a late check in the older gentleman was very nice. Our room was on the 8th floor and it was super quiet for our stay the beds were comfortable. The only thing was our tub didnt have a tub plug, but made one with a face cloth which did the trick for the 1 night! Tv was nice and big and had decent cable channels. Would stay again.

Don’t stay here! It is in an unsafe area. The fact that there is a security guard in the lobby is a warning. It is old and rundiwn!

Rooms could use better cleaning on the carpet. Pool wasn’t working which we pay for so it’s sad when you pay for something you can’t use it and the Wi-Fi is so bad. I don’t even know why they say they have Wi-Fi.

A bit of a run down area. Free and ample parking is nice. The hotel itself was nice and clean. Alexis at the front desk was super friendly. However, some of the other staff, were quite cold. I was bringing stuff inside alone and trying to keep the doors open, and staff just looked and didn't really acknowledge me. Just basic manners missing. No offer to help. No smiles. It was a comfortable place to stay for the night while passing by.

Older property, not as clean or maintained as should be. Central to downtown though which is convenient (so also rougher neighborhood).

Room was okay and beds were comfortable enough, but the blankets had stains. The hotel is a little dated, the bathroom, specifically the shower, in the room was not that nice but overall not a bad place to stay for a night. It was nice to have the big green area for dogs to go out. We also appreciated that there was a security guard in the parking lot at night. The front desk staff was beyond helpful and kind. It was nice to have an on-site restaurant.

Room was clean but the traffic noise was terrible.

The bed sheets, fitted, flat and comforter cover, were wonderfully white albeit starting to be a bit see through. The actual comforter, however, was dingy and clearly an off white/yellow color as compared to the other sheets. And in one corner there was definite yellow staining (urine or sweat?) visible on the comforter.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I like the location and having a restaurant in the same building was fantastic!

Did not find the room very clean

The rooms were alright, a little outdated for the price I paid per night. Bathroom floor grout breaking off when you stepped on the floor with wet damp feet. Maintenance came and got housekeeping to vacuum it up. Still picked grout off our feet every time we went into the bathroom. Didn’t get a chance to check the pool, need codes to get into the coffee room and bathrooms in the lobby. Will most likely never stay there again. Did not have any face clothes upon arrival and were only limited to two as the laundry was backed up. Beds were okish, sheets were clean.

Keys keys keys had trouble with opening out room door many times . Reset keys twice and were told we had kept our keys too close to our credit cards which had demagnetized them. Finally moved us to another room. Ice machine was not working after the staff said it was. Some disconnect with staff on basic questions. Went to the lounge for supper and was ushered to Denny’s before returning to One to eat. Washroom in lounge was closed or not working. Interest was a pain to connect and kept dropping out. Television was pixalating. Would not recommend to others.

Good for an overnight stay while travelling. Reasonable price.

Bed sheets had stains and the bathroom sink drain was broken

Location was good. Good eating places close by. It was clean and beds were fine. Great for a business trip overnight.

Would like a hot tub. But the pool Was Nice. Property was clean And staff was very nice
