I loved my stay, easy to check in, I got a late check out no problem, the room was clean and the staff was awesome.

Everything we could think of that we needed was provided. Comfortable, clean beds, sports channels on the TV, plenty of space.

The property was clean and affordable. The pool and hot tub were excellent. The hotel restaurant had a happy hour from 3-6 and we took advantage of that perk. We weren't expecting a kitchen and separate bedroom in the room so that was a very pleasant surprise. We will be back!!

We booked a suite and it came fully equipped with appliances. Fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. On top of that, there were pots and pans, cutlery, dishes etc. Our stay was convenient and comfortable. The staff was courteous and caring.

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean. Close to downtown , could walk to most places.

The front desk lady told us she upgraded our room. It was the worst room ever. It was the smallest room we've ever been in at this hotel and we have been coming here for 25 years. The bed was so small we kept falling off the bed. Had a terrible sleep. The hot tub wasn't working and the pool was freezing. The kitchen was not stocked with enough cutlery and cooking utensils. The fry pan was so small we had to cook and eat separately. We're never going back!

It was the best time I had, in my trip, I thought I won’t be that much fun but the pool made it much fun, and the service was the best easy and simple.

Love the room and the swimming pool!

The location was perfect for visiting the downtown Ottawa area and seeing all the lights . we visited Byward market, the rideau center and all is very close. We took advantage of the parking at City Hall to make it even more affordable. Hotel was great, and the kids loved the pool and hottub.

Staff were excellent check in was quick and hassle free ,the facilities were well maintained our room exceeded our expectations as usual. We have stayed at this hotel several times throughout the years and will keep coming back.
