Room smelled horrible

Bed comfortable, couch dirty stained, ottoman plastic leather was ripped. Bathroom ceiling mold shower rusty floor . Never had the food.

Easy check, very friendly staff would definitely stay here again

The hotel as ok. No phone in room, was told they don’t have any phones and then asked if I had a cellphone! Breakfast offered not all that great! We had to go to the front desk for towels and our tv did not work, some lady and her husband helped fix it as the manager did not know what to do.

Upon check in wasn’t verbally acknowledged and I as just handed key to room. Didn’t know about breakfast, pool hours or WiFi. Room AC not working well and very humid and damp in room. Mold in the bathroom. Refused to move us or refund us to go to another hotel. Highly allergic to mold spores so this hindered my breathing. Male who works overnights was out in the parking lot about midnight in a heated verbal altercation over guests and their booking of a room…very late checkin and reservation not confirmed. He was so loud everyone was coming out of their rooms. Pool was disgusting and we didn’t swim. Housekeeping never came once in the 3 days we were there and we did request services. NEVER again will I stay here and it was expensive for what we received. Couldn’t even get a name, number or email to write a letter to about the whole experience.

Room 202 was huge! We loved the suite. Small shower area but everything else was wonderful

Property is in good shape. Does have a few things that needs to be touched up in the room. Overall Clean and organized. Easy parking. Close to restaurants, Grocery store and pharmacy. Enjoyed my stay and would stay again. I definitely recommend staying here.

This hotel is great for the money! We like to stop in Saint Augustine to break up the drive between Florida and NC, so we just needed a place to rest our head. The hotel is cute and quaint, I love the old Florida Spanish decor. The rooms are updated, and there are nice chairs outside the room to sit in. Check in was a little slow, one agent was being trained, and the person training him left for a while with a lot of people waiting. I understand being busy, but I had to wonder where he went, leaving a trainee unable to help a lobby full of weary travelers get to their room.

Dirty smelly rooms, do yourself a favor and do not book this hotel.

Shower doors were dirty, door had caused damage to wall and it was just plastered over. Didn’t look too pretty. And I had chickens that greeted me the morning we tried to leave…

Room was not clean. AC was not working. Front desk was not helpful- refused to issue a refund. Very rundown property.

They need to clean the rooms before our feet was nasty after walking barefoot.

This is a dirty motel, dont spend 1 dollar here. Reaches, hairs on bedsheets, dirty place.
