The hotel is nice but the room needed alot of repairs. The toilet ran, the A/C unit didnt work right, the tv volume and picture is controlled. No hot water our last night there. Overpriced, Cleaning staff were nice, front desk people were not helpful. I asked the girl at check out to email my receipt. I never received it. They allow dogs with no pet fee is the only perk, but most of the hotels in Gettysburg allow dogs!

The peoperty is in walking distance of the historic downtown Gettysburg district, and the Gettysburg National Cemetery. A nice continental breakfast is served in the charming Breakfast Cottage.The staff we're courteous and helpful.

Older pet-friendly room with dated decor was clean but the carpet smelled a bit musty. Overall, a good value for someone traveling with a pet. No extra charge for my small dog.

Staff was very pleasant. Great location. Loved the Reliance Mine Saloon. Quick 20 minute walk into town.

Enjoyed the pool, breakfast cottage and the mine (bar). Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Lobby was a great place to meet friends before heading out to see the sights. Location is wonderful.

This inn is an older building and is showing its age in places. However, the staff is excellent and very knowledgeable and helpful. It was a pleasure staying there.

The Inn itself, I was located in a really nice place, but uh it needs some upkeep. Especially the bathrooms in the rooms, it just looked old and grungy, and it wasn't very clean. Our first night there, we had to call down because our tub would not drain.It took us two askings before they finally sent somebody to unclog,it.

Not one complaint! Clean rooms,check-in staff friendly,maintenace man came right up when i couldnt figure out the AC. Helped with my luggage when he saw i was struggling. Checkout was simple. Liked the location as well.

Very clean and very nice people working there. The breakfast buffet was very good and well stocked.

We love the location of this hotel. It's walkable to downtown shops and restaurants. It's nothing fancy, but it's a clean and comfortable place to stay the night. We love the complimentary breakfast in the quaint breakfast cottage.

Stay there 3 or 4 times a year I love it. Clean quiet and friendly staff. Perfect location walk to everything.

Location for touring the battlefield cant be beat

Had ants in our room. Other than that it was a good stay

This was a tough one because the staff was amazing! But They have oversold this on the profile and photos. The nice amazing dinning area in the photos is actually a bar. The rooms with three beds that says, "Family Friendly" is OVER that bar. So loud music all night. The pool was broken which is half the reason we booked this place. It is an old hotel that is in need of a facelift, but for the price we survived.

Clean and kind

Great value for the money, clean, comfortable bed and pillows. I wish the fitness center was bigger.
