The location was excellent for exploring the boardwalk and downtown. The Airport Express bus stop was most conveniently located in front of the hotel.

We arrived just around noon and the hotel staff were kind enough to check us in and give us a room right away.

Lovely hotel, very clean and quiet, the parking was a bit strange though. Parking garage is attached to the building but you still have to go outside to get to the parking garage. The hotel is on a busy corner and can sometimes be hard to get into the lot (depending on time of day)

Post renovations the hotel was fantastic all around except restaurant not staffed well and food very mediocre

Great location with updated rooms. I was nervous to stay here with the ongoing construction but we rarely heard any construction noise and it did not bother us at all on our 4 night stay. Great restaurant that was open late for food after our flight arrived. Very clean and everyone was friendly.

Rooms was spacious and very clean. Need some towel hooks in the bathroom.

The layout of this hotel was very confusing. We met lost people frequently. Couldn't locate a stairwell with a purpose, which in my opinion was very dangerous. Location was good for walking to various sites. I would stay elsewhere next visit.

When we arrived on Friday there was jackhammering until 8:30pm. By 8am on Saturday morning there was loud banging noises that sounded like construction coming from just above our room. Went on until we left the room for the day. Over all the hotel was extremely noisy. Could hear every word spoken in the hallways from within our room. There was yelling, banging and overall sound all weekend long as we were 2 rooms down from the elevator. The hotel really needs to improve before I will stay again. Barely slept due to the noise.

Very modern with a view of the waterfront when it wasn’t foggy. Lots of pedways to other facilities. Lots of options in the area for eating. Very safe in the area.

Rooms are great, newly renovated. Still some ongoing work which created a bit of noise. Great, helpful staff, service excellent. Breakfast good.

Our stay was very nice. I am giving a rating of 4 as they are still renovating. On our 2nd day we had to keep the drapes closed as the windows were being washed...they did inform us on check in.😜 The new Renos look very nice but still equipment in the hallway and you can here drilling and other construction noises.. Our room was very comfortable. I noticed from previous visits a few of the amenities are missing~~ make-up removal pads, shower cap, no extra blanket or pillow. All and all our stay was comfortable, we enjoy being close to everything the waterfront has to offer. Congratulations on the Renos a work in progress.👏

Friendly, service focused staff and a clean newly renovated room made this a great stay. The food was also excellent.

Room is good, staff is really friendly and helpful

There was no fan in the bathroom. Pool was small with no locker or changing room. The AC was noisy and didn’t work properly. The parking was outside of hotel and the elevator for the parking was not working.
