In addition to having a centrally located beautiful hotel, they were very accommodating. Extra touches of bottled water on demand were very appreciated.

The location of this property is so great. Restaurants, shops and landmarks are all a short walking distance. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Felt so welcomed at this property.

Let's start off by clarifying that this is definitely not a 5-star establishment. The service was extremely poor; we had to lug 4 suitcases across the street for 15m to get to the hotel because there was a marathon happening and lots of streets were closed. When we brought this up to the manager to try to understand why were were not given a heads up, even though I had shared my expected arrival time, they simply said "this doesn't concern us, it's the city".. and we got a bottle of water... The mattress was extremely uncomfortable and it smelled like sewage everywhere. I wanted to stay at a local hotel to support small businesses but please, take your money and go to the Meridien or any other well established chain because they know hospitality.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was clean, the service was very good, and the location was wonderful. We loved going to the rooftop bar.

The perfect location and a clean, practical property. Service is quick and the restaurant offers a limited choice of simple dishes made with very good quintessentially Spanish ingredients.

At the edge of the Gothic Quarter, close to most locations and metro station for access to other locations. Quiet hotel, comfortable, older but still nice. The rooftop bar was not open when we went for our drink, but the view at night was still wonderful.

Very nice location and clean hotel

Doesn’t get more central and convenient than this when in Barcelona! The rooftop bar is a huge highlight, with the pool and Sagrada Família views! Highly recommend!
