The room was clean and there was plenty of parking. Just a short drive into Thunder Bay. Despite being close to the airport, I found the hotel quiet.

Room was very clean, bed really comfortable and plenty of pillows. Low lighting in room, no overhead.

Clean rooms staff were very helpful. I had to stay an extra week in Toronto. Everything went wrong but he got through it. The staff at reception remembered me and my husband. I owed for another week. Management said no charge. Get home safe

We booked a weekend stay for our babymoon, it was such a beautiful weekend and all the staff, especially in the restaurant, were so kind. The floors in our room were a little dirty but other than that we had no problems with our stay

Small fridge doesn't have freezer section.

Good stay. Should have table and patio chair outside on the terrasse to go. Really clean, easy to locate. Close to stores and restaurants.

We appreciated the ground floor room with outside access while traveling with our dog. The hotel is a bit dated but has amazing common spaces with unique architectural details. The pool and sauna were very clean and provided a perfect break after a long day driving. We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant and both our meals were excellent and fairly priced. It was only unfortunate that other guests were not respectful and played loud thumping music late into the night.

Good choices for breakfast
