All in all our 2 nights were good. Was clean and friendly staff. Didn't use pool or restaurant.

I did not get any sleep….none, as there were kids and adults, laughing, talking, and making noise during the entire night and into the morning. Our flight was at 5 AM. The bathtub had several long black hairs in it. Morning desk staff was not warm or welcoming. We were not asked how our stay was. There was no morning greeting or any interaction. Both people were glued to their computer screens. The stay was very disappointing.

Our room was clean but in desperate need of repairs. Cold draft from the windows, and air was coming in under air conditioner due to not being sealed properly. Unfortunately there was a bad snow storm 4 days prior to our arrival. The parking lot had not been cleaned up yet. Parking was very difficult.

Staff was excellent but the floor in room was very dirty. The desk chair was in need of replacing was very stained. Was to the point didnt want to sit on it. We were in room 259.

Accessibility parking was not available as in cleared of snow until 2nd day of the stay.

I did not find the experience worth the price. The hotel did not offer any unique services that justified such a high rate. There were extremely long queues at the entrance, which made the check-in process frustrating and time-consuming. In addition, the air conditioning unit in my room was excessively noisy, which affected my sleep quality. Although a coffee maker was provided, there was not even a complimentary bottle of water available in the room. I believe basic amenities such as bottled water should be included, especially at this price point. I have stayed at several other hotels that were significantly cheaper yet offered additional complimentary services such as breakfast and bottled water. Overall, I was disappointed with the value for money.

Staff and rooms are always great. I do wish that numbers for pull up rooms would be on the outside as well and designated parking spaces for pull up rooms. I had to leave and came back and someone else was parked outside my room. Inconvenient because I got that room because it would have been easier to load my vehicle as I have a baby

Guest services would not answer phone when called

Excellent staff, free upgrade when they booked our room by accident. Clean rooms, great amenities and just an overall enjoyable experience.
